After performing a complete system evaluation, the technician reviewed his findings with ***Next, the technician reviewed options to fix the issue; which ranged from fixing only the immediate problem to more permanent fixes that would get the system back to factory fresh conditions*** choose the 4th Option from the top; there were six options totalShe had the opportunity to choose a less expensive optionThe technician asked if she would like to do the less expensive optionShe responded 'No'Her total was *** selected the repair and signed the invoice prior to any work being completedShe signed the invoice that stated the total amount $2842.00, the deposit amount and balance due She also signed the option sheetThe deposit was paid to the technician who diagnosed the furnaceThen, on March 4th (the same day) a different technician arrived at the home to perform the repair that she had chosenWhen that work was completed, *** signed the completion invoice and paid the balance due 1400.00.I personally contacted *** on several occasions and left messages to discuss this matterShe never returned any of my calls.Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions,KARLA J
