Review: Product is not represented as advertised. There is not such a product name or brand. It is advertised as high quality bags and luggages but products are not. After reading complaints about this store, I do not understand how the store is not closed down by the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card to be refunded. I am going to take the product back to receive refund but I am doubtful that I will!

Review: Erberle Paris, [redacted] (has several store names [redacted]) and has fraudulent advertising and products. My credit card receipt name of [redacted]. Store receipt has no store name but only purchase amount PLUS New York sales tax (scamming consumers AND government). Purchased almost $400 worth of handbags, wallets and coin purses. When I returned home, realized no labels of Cleo and Patek engraved in inside of bag just labels hanging from handles. I googled websites and there are more complaints w/Revdex.com and other websites re: scam. Reports started few years ago. Telephoned store ###-###-####) and spoke to young saleswoman and told her they were not genuine leather Cleo and Patek. I recommended returning merchandise for fraudulent advertising and product issues, e.g, not genuine leather and to cancel my credit card charge. She refused. I immediately telephoned my charge company to dispute charges when processed. Eeberle's No Refund and All Sales Final is based on genuine product and pricing; means NOTHING if consumer not getting what is advertised. Disappointed I fell for this but with so many complaints over several years, WHY are they still in business? New York State Attorney General's consumer division should be consulted regarding fraudulent advertising, products and sales pitch.Desired Settlement: Crediting my charge card in amount $391.55 and merchandise will be returned.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]Product is not what was advertised. Salesperson said "genuine leather' tags on inside of product. There are no tags. Their policy of no refund is meaningless as they do not sell what is advertised. My issue has not been resolved and merchandise still in packages to be returned.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Review: The store sales Tolblanc purses as originals. The had them advertised at a discount price and claimed to be original products. The sales person said the purses had a big discount because the store was closing. Apparently they couldn't renew the contract and they needed to sale the merchandise. I asked a couple of times if the items were made of leather and if the brand was known, and the sales person replied with affirmative answers. They sell purses as if they were authentic products when they are not.Their receipts indicate no refunds or exchanges. It's wrong to make customers believe their buying brand name authentic products when they are not.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund. I do not want to pay for a product under false advertisement. As a costumer, I want to make sure I get the product that they advertise. In other words I want a refund if my money because the product the sold me is an a nock off. Piracy is illegal and they should not be allowed to continue to ripoff costumers

Response:

At this time, I have not been contacted by Mito Milan Italy regarding complaint ID [redacted].

Sincerely,

Review: On 6/**/2013 I and my friend purchased luggage at this store. The store had a 90% sale advertised in it's window, as a "Relocation Sale". The luggage was sold to us as "[redacted]". We realized only later that the luggage is of very poor quality. There are numerous complaints out against this store on the internet, dating back as far as 2007. They have used the same ploy of "Relocation Sale" ever since. They do have a "very small" sign behind the counter, saying, "All Sales Final" which we missed, and no sales receipt was given to us, except for the Credit Card receipt. The luggage tag says that there is a 10 year guarantee on the luggage. I went to their website; [redacted], but there is no info except for a fax number and a e-mail response site. I have written 5 times already for a customer service phone number and have not received a response. On 6/**/2013 I, [redacted], returned to the store, Eebele Paris, with my luggage to return it: realizing that there would be no service for this flimsy, rickety luggage we bought; plus having read about all the complaints about this store I was very uneasy about my purchase.[redacted], the manager? of the store told me that she could not take back the luggage, because of the store's return policy. When I pointed out how flimsy the luggage was she said that if ever anything were to happen to the luggage she would stand behind my purchase 100%. I asked her to give me the phone number for "[redacted]" Luggage Customer Service, since I unsuccessfully had tried to contact them. She told me that I should call her in the store to give me the information. Today I called to ask for the customer service phone number and was told by "[redacted]" that I was nasty and she was not going to help me.They put an inflated price on the luggage tag and sell it for 90% off. ([redacted]) I am in possession of the luggage tag. To me and my friend, this seems to be a scam.Desired Settlement: I, and my friend want to return the luggage and want our money returned to us.We also would like you to look into the way this business is run. It seems totally unethical to me that one would use a "relocation sale" with "all sales final" for 5 years and get away with fleecing customers. They are selling cheap merchandise, without guarantee, at inflated prices. Plus: they are not giving sales receipts, but charge taxes.I think they should be investigated.
