Client called some weeks ago and asked to meet with me and discuss his anxiety in believing someone was "watching" him with "electronic devices" came to Brooklyn and we met in a Diner around the corner from
out officeWe spoke for some time and he began detailing an account of persons entering his premises and placing Cameras insideHe presumed that his Girlfriend's Mother and Son In Law were responsible, he said that "they" had continuously entered his home and rearranged his clothing and furniture, he offered to pay me for the consultation and I refused! Since the story sounded a bit far fechted I immediately assumed it was a scenario we had heard many times during my plus year career(One female client had us back twice checking her bathroom for Cameras, after which she still hired one of our colleagues to search again)I asked him to personally check the house himself, as Cameras were not too dificult to find since they had to "see" something, one would not normally place a Camera in a closetHe agreed and after several days he began to Email us frantically to come out to the house and perform a Counter Surveillance Procedure I tried in vain to prevent him from spending money uncecessarily by asking him once again to get someone to help check further he refused and after several Emails practically begging us to perform a "sweep" I finally agreed to send a "Team"We performed a full sweep of the premises and found nothing resembling any electronic intrusion*** *** now claims to have personally placed (6) devices in his home, one wonders if he was capable of placing these devices discreetly throuhout the premises it would seem plausible that he would find others that someone else placed? Moreover it would seem rather unlkiely that a firm such as ours considered one of the "Best in the World" would miss any devic e, let alone "SIX" and by the way what are these "devices" Cameras, Microphones, Tape Recorders?

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I am still waiting to see how EED is going to handle my complaint.  I am also wondering why no one returned my numerous calls, texts & emails.  I see no offer of a refund or offer to return to provide the services promised that I paid for.  I was told that the service I was paying for would include a 6 hour sweep of my house & also that HE would be there to look at the telephone pole in front of my home.  The "team" was at my house for 1 3/4 hours & never checked the attic, garage or telephone pole.  There were 2 devices in the rooms they supposedly checked.  They were the Shadow 1 Surveillance Pens.  One was plugged into an outlet.  One of my business's services is window cleaning.  If a customer calls me the next day & says that I missed a window or didn't clean it good enough, the first thing that I do is call them back to address their concerns.  The next thing I do is offer them for me to either come back or refund money.  I do not just take their money & disregard my obligations of providing the service that they paid for.  I would except that a business that claims to be the "best in the world" would do the same.

Dear Sir or Madam:
In response to [redacted]’s complaint, all services that were stated during initial telephone contact with him were provided. A full and thorough TSCM Sweep was conducted at the residence of [redacted]. He was well aware of every step the technicians were taking during this process. My lead technician was explaining every process, before, during and after the performance of the job. During this time [redacted] appeared to be very satisfied with the services provided. Upon arrival on site the technician asked [redacted] to point out the areas where the Sweep would be conducted. The technicians performed a complete and thorough TSCM Sweep that included not only electronic countermeasures but also a complete physical search of the premises. During the entire time while on premises [redacted] was present and walking around with the technicians. He had every opportunity to address any concerns while the technicians were on site and he never did. In fact he seemed very satisfied with the services rendered. As far as the question of any devices that [redacted] found, for example, The Shadow 1 Surveillance pens, as he calls them. They were observed by both technicians and pointed out to [redacted]. His response to this was “don’t worry I bought these to monitor things while I was out of the residence". The garage was inspected by both technicians as was the outside perimeter of the residence. The garage house chemicals that [redacted] uses for his cleaning business and are stored in large containers in the garage. There were also several large pieces of cleaning equipment inside the garage. How else would we know this if the inspection wasn’t done in the garage. [redacted] does not state that he had to hold his very large Labrador dog, which was outside, so the technicians could properly inspect the perimeter of the residence. The telephone pole was inspected by means used by the firm. They are inspected utilizing Biddel Radar Equipment that inspects the lines for any anomalies and or breaks in the line. A visual inspection is conducted utilizing binoculars as the pole is property of the Utility Company and we are not authorized to climb them. These are all standard practices in our industry and all of this explained prior to conducting the inspection. [redacted]’s concern of the time that was spent on his premises should be of no concern. I have never in my entire career, which spans over 30 years told any client that it would take a specific amount of time to conduct an inspection at any location. There are many variables involved and times vary by location, size, layout etc… The time that the technicians were at the location was approximately 2 hours and that was more than sufficient time to conduct the inspection at [redacted]’s residence.
I am sorry that [redacted] is not satisfied with what was done. EED Company conducted a complete TSCM Sweep of the premises as per our normal and standard operating procedures. There were no suspicious devices found during the time of inspection. The two Video Recording Pens observed were pointed out to the client and he confirmed that they were his and that he purchased them. All areas available to the technicians were inspected thoroughly, both electronically and physically. [redacted]

Review: I hired [redacted] to perform a bug sweep service at my home. On the date of service, he did not come out himself, as promised, but sent two other men instead. I paid them $1800 cash on 06/**/14. I was unhappy with their service & called [redacted] to express my concerns. They were supposed to be searching for audio/video devices in the home, but I personally had 6 of these type devices in the home at the time & they did not find one of them. I left numerous amount of voice mail messages & also email messages, but he has not responded. Not once.Desired Settlement: Originally I was looking to have [redacted] come out personally & do the service correctly & thoroughly, but now that he has ignored me totally concerning this matter, I am looking to have a full refund ($1800.00)for this, so that I can hire another company to do the service.
