Review: This letter I just wrote sums it up.To the Salesperson at eefx.com,Hello. On July 29th, I ordered a 12x10 green screen with rod pockets for my client, _____.When I ordered it online, there seemed to be an error in the shipping address, so I called.When I spoke to a salesperson. she saw that it was wrong and she took the correct shipping info from me.She then assured me since we ordered on a Monday, most likely, it could possibly ship on friday, if not, for sure the following week. I called the following week when we did not get our order. She said it was still being made. She said they would send an e-mail when the order is sent. Well, it is now August 20th.We still have no green screen. I called twice yesterday. Now I can't seem to get a live person on the phone. I am very worried and we are very concerned. I have lost a lot of trust here and need to hear from someone as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I would just like an explanation. Now that I have seen how many complaints there are, I want a full refund and go elsewhere.

Review: I ordered a 10 foot x 12 foot foamcore-based green screen about 5 weeks ago. They have NOT delivered it as of today. They gave me a UPS tracking number almost two weeks ago and when I checked it every day since, UPS did not pick up the product for delivery to me. I called their main number about 10 times and always got a voicemail recording. Once I got a live person about 10 days ago who told me my order was being manufactured and would be mailed out in 2 days.I've since called numerous times only to get a recording. When I leave a message no one calls me back. This company is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, perhaps unethical company I have had dealings with in over 15 years. They have my payment of over $202 I paid with PayPal. I would definitely take away their current Revdex.com ratingDesired Settlement: Either they should deliver the product immediately (by this Monday the latest or give me a FULL refund IMMEDIATELY.Thank you for your help!!

Review: On June 14 an eefx employee confirmed via phone that a green screen of 25 x 15 feet was a standard order option, that rod pocket's on the 25 ft side was an option. Subsequently the order was placed online with an immediate transfer of cash from a bank account to PayPal to expedite the order. At the 30 day interval a phone inquiry confirmed that the delivery was to be within the week and a tracking number would be confirmed by email in a few days. No email. At the 45 day interval (now to late to resolve with PAYPAL) after several attempts to call at various times of day. The status was a manufacturing problem. All subsequent calls and emails have gone unanswered.As we are a part-time volunteer run organization this issues has been challenging to keep on top of. With the BB rating of A- as of 8/2012 we had hoped that the business was not a fraud as other google searches reveal for a prior time period.Desired Settlement: There is still a desire to get the product that was initially order delivered. However in lieu of that a refund of the $729.14 is critically needed as these were grant monies. The non-profit organization ordering the green screen is expected to report on the successful use of this product in a few weeks. This situation makes this lack of delivery even more oppressive.

I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted them and I am getting the same lack of product and services as in June through Sept. which is that we are told it is in process, given a day for follow-up and then none. No tracking has been received. I was initially told that we cancelled the order which is not the case. So they still have our money and we still do not have a Green Screen.

Review: On August 22nd 2013, I paid $346.55 via PayPal for a Green Screen fabric. About two weeks passed with no info or contact from the company about the status or delivery of the order. On September 4, 2013 I sent an email inquiring of the the status. I received a response on Sept. 6th telling me she checked with manufacturing and it would ship on the 9th with delivery info tracking to come...Today is October 1st 2013, and I've not heard anything more or taken delivery on the item. They won't respond to emails or phone calls. There are plenty of negative reviews for this company on line, all with the same story: They take your money and that's it! How can a company like this be allowed to operate. They are committing fraud!Desired Settlement: If the Revdex.com is truly here to protect consumers, I expect them to investigate EEEFX.com and confront them on there fraudulent practices...It is a scam operation and should not be able to do business!Fortunately, I paid with PayPal, who is working on getting my money back, but all the people that pay with a regular credit cards have no recourse. Someone has to stand up for all the people screwed by EEFX.com

Review: Purchased a green screen online at eefx.com on March 25, 2013, was billed for the product and never received it. No response from repeated calls to customer service. A web search regarding the company yielded many other customers who have had the same problem of no delivery. Suspect a scam.Desired Settlement: Refund money, apologize.

Review: We placed an order on July 23rd 2013 totaling $743.73. The company took the payment from our account but never mailed the products. We've made numerous attempts to call and email and no one ever responds.Desired Settlement: We want a full refund of $743.73. They should not be allowed to do this to anyone else either.

Review: EEFX.com, products ordered and never shipped or refunded.Desired Settlement: I made a purchase which was charged to my paypal account months ago. I never received my product and never received a refund. Their phone system doesn't work, they say they will respond within 24 hrs. and they never call back. They only answered one email based from a paypal complaint I made, and said the order was going to be shipped, months later still no shipment and no responses from this company. I just want my money back. I paid them $150.35 on November 18th 2014.
