I talked to the customer on 6-10-and told her that I'd look at her door to see if it was a problem with the work that we did and if it was that we would fix it but if it not working correctly due to prior damage that we would not fix her door and at that point she yelled [redacted] you I'll just call the Revdex.com and hung up on meI would have taken care of the issue if it was something we did but now I will not do anything for herWhen I first did the repair the door was all messed up because she had had a friend do the same regulator a couple months prior and it broke it was missing bolts and spot welds were brokeShe watched me as I did the work and was telling me how he had messed up her door.I gave her the service she paid forI tried to go look at it and was cussed at by herI don't feel comfortable going around her
