IT is started with a roof replacement with an insuance claim when the contractor misregarded a problem in the attic of the garage,that he should have included in the claim. Because of the above neglagence, I have had to pay for the repair of the attic in the amount $2,950.00 USD. SInce they never responded, and when they did they were very impolite, and rude.

We do apologize. However it might have needed to be included in a claim for insurer but we are roofers and not interior contractors. As I understood, homeowner had her own interior contractor but was not able to file and since I already was familiar with the claim, wanted our company to file it (fraud). *** cannot file or be responsible for anyone's else's work, especially when we don't know anything about that type of interior work. It would be wrong on our part to say he did a good job and file a completion certificate for insurance and then late it comes back to us. Our contract does not specify anything on interior just roof and if this complaint is posted I'll upload the contract for others to review. However I do apologize for not being able to help and my superintendent was not really rude, he's was just telling homeowner how it was and that I would not do it.

I am rejecting this response because:
After reading very carefully the answer of the *** company regarding my despute, I can only feel more disappointed of this people, when you have no reason about something at least don't make up things about the others, my point completely was this problem should had been reported in my original claim at my Insurance Co. they , my Insurance Company, even told me that the roofers should had included in te first place regardless they themselves could fix this or any other problems caused from the damage roof .
The above does not have anything to do with any other contractor or repairs in my house, and I consider it a complete negligence and lack of profesionalism from their part, that without minding the rudness of the "superintendent " wich I have in my SMS.
So to make it clear if this Company (***) should have done the job of the inspection and assessment of damage on my house my Insurance would had taken care of it in due time without implaying any FRAUD.

Once again, we are roofers and solely went after a ckaim on the roof. We are not interior remodelers and therefore had no reason to make a claim on something I could not do. We do roofing and siding and exterior painting only.
