On September 2nd, 2018, I purchased some ginseng product from the E&F Natural Product shop located at Unit 1690, Westminister Hwy, Richmond, BC V6Y 3YI specifically told the cashier that I wanted the four packs of ginseng product (bottles in each pack) billed separately so that I can have four different receipts, as I was purchasing it for my friends and needed to give them the receiptsThe cashier did not listen and still billed them togetherAfter I received the receipt and realized the problem, I asked the cashier to issue a refund and re-bill the products separately, but he refused to do thatHe gave me the contact card of his business and said he would encourage me to file a complaintI was disturbed by his customer service attitude, so here I am filing a complaint about this matterThe cashier's name is Kenny LAlso, I later realized that none of these ginseng product I purchased had a manufacture date on the packaging bottleI am concerned whether they a
