To Whom it may concern: In response to the customer complaint ID ***, On 4/30/E & F Towing was called by the Natrona County Sherriff Department to retrieve a *** *** pickup, the vehicle was located at the historical center off of Bessemer rdAs we know that
these circumstances are very difficult for families we do try to make the process as easy as possibleHowever there are policies that as a business we need to follow, as we do not know the family dynamics of these situations, for legal purposes where the owner of the vehicle is deceased we do require what is called a affidavit for collection and distribution of the decendents property, which is what we had all the children sign and faxWhen the gentlemen came to pick up vehicle we explained what is was we were needingWe were working with the Sherriffs department as well to get the paperwork needed to release this vehicleI can tell you I was also working with this gentlemen and we were in no way rude or have a nasty disposition, However I apologize if it was taken that wayMyself as office manager and the General manager stayed 1/hrs late after closing to get this matter resolvedAs far as the for storage I can assure you we do not charge 150.00/per day our storage is 25/per day which starts the day the vehicle enters the yardThe storage charged for this vehicle was total the amt paid to us was attached is a copy of the actual ticketLocation of the vehicle was miles from our shop we charge 2/dollars a mile which ilage came to and our hook was for a total of 205.00. I am truly sorry for your loss, as I am sorry your son was not happy with our service. Sincerely E & F Towing

I can tell you I was also working with this gentlemen and we were in no way rude or have a nasty disposition, However I apologize if it was taken that way. Myself as office manager and the General manager stayed 1 1/2 hrs late after closing to get this matter resolved. As far as the 150.00 for storage I can assure you we do not charge 150.00/per day our storage is 25/per day which starts the day the vehicle enters the yard. The storage charged for this vehicle was total 50.00. the amt paid to us was 205.00 attached is a copy of the actual ticket. Location of the vehicle was 20 miles from our shop we charge 2/dollars a mile which ilage came to 40.00 and our hook was 115.0 for a total of 205.00.
