Review: We purchased a lot of 6 Lacoste short sleeve shirts from [redacted]. We had originally ordered one of the same shirts and my husband wanted more. Received the shirts and even though we ordered the same brand, style and size, they were too small and didn't fit. Even so far as one of them being a childs size, it was so small.

Tried disputing charge with our CC company and we were two days late in starting the claim, with the billing cycle.

Trying once again to get our money back for merchandise that we didn't receive back or credit to our CC.

At some point along the way, efashiononline's website disappeared.

*There is another company, [redacted], that is now sending emails that look the exact same. Their website and merchandise is the same as efashiononline. Wondering if they bought this business and changed the name. Correspondence with them has gone like this...

10/* Emailed [redacted] asking what their relationship with efashiononline was. No response.

10/** Called again. Transferred to a manager and he said he had no idea what efashiononline was and hung up on me!

When typing in efashiononline.com, it brings up [redacted]. (Same phone number as [redacted].) My login is still there, with my order information.Desired Settlement: Since I returned the merchandise and have nothing, I would like a credit back to our CC.

It was free shipping, though I paid to return/exchange, so I actually lost more on this deal!

Since, this first communication with Revdex.com of New York, I realized that [redacted] ([redacted]) and [redacted] have the same phone number. ###-###-####

Of course, I don't have an address for either one. My login for efashiononline (no longer in business?) works on the [redacted] website. My order history is still there, but shows no record of the RMA or return. I'm not sure if this helps you proceed in getting my money owed to me.
