Review: I purchased what I thought was a genuine North Face Denali Fleece Jacket on or around 12/[redacted]/2012. Women's size L. Gray/Black. The product I received was and XL and
it was most definitely not an original. The purchase price was $85.00-Shipping was $9.75- Discount Coupon-$17.00. I paid $77.75. I emailed them and
told them they sent the wrong size. I had to print out a return/exchange form. I did that and sent it back. Have not heard anything since. I emailed
them and got no response.Desired Settlement: I think the responsibility of the business is, what was paid minus the shipping. Which would be $68.00.
