I am very pleased to know and work with the staff at efashion wholesale over the years. Their excellent customer service sets them above and beyond the others! Quick email responses, ability to troubleshoot any issues that come up and knowledge of the products are all part of the high quality service I experience here daily. In addition, they have a wonderful and extensive offering of items on a regular basis that are a compliment to any retail business!
Review: I bought [redacted] Men's IRR 501 Denim Jeans assorted 24pcs on Thursday 18 December, 2014. Order #[redacted] (En Route). Then I found china custom won't allow personal import products. I sent an email to them on 01/02/15 to cancel the order . They refused the application. And then sent me the [redacted] En Route [redacted] on 01/02/2015 . I tell them I won't pay the shipment fee if the goods be returned by custom. Then on 01/11/2015, I check the Tracking Number: [redacted] and the status is " January 5, 2015 Pre-Shipment Info Sent to [redacted] ". So they even not send the goods to [redacted] at this date. So I'd like a full refund. Could you please help me?

Items has been shipped with [redacted] We are unable to recall a parcel once it has been shipped to an international location. International tracking details can take a few days to update in the system while the parcel is in transit.
Review: The items sold were a wholesale shipment of [redacted] women sunglasses estimated at 400 MSRP each. After I bought them, all the sunglasses I received were available retail at 99 dollars each. The website has since changed the advertisement to (200-400 MSRP), which is still a lie. The store policy is that they only take refunds with a 30% restocking fee... which is obvious why, as most people would be returning their products due to the false advertisement. [redacted] Here are the prices I can get them for online. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would most obviously like a full refund, if possible. Warning other buyers of this is important to me as well.
