The service worked fine,but didn't need to continue it after the free trial. I e-mailed them and they responded by saying they would forward my cancellation to the proper department as billing doesn't receive e-mails. I later received a response from billing saying they had to speak with me on the phone to cancel the service for security purposes. I responded that I signed up without speaking to anyone, I should be able to cancel the same way, I did not want to go through a retention sales pitch just to cancel. They ignored my e-mail and have billed my credit card a total of three months on a regular basis without my permission. I have e-mailed twice since then revoking my authorization to bill my card and providing any identifiers they might receive from me in a phone call. My last e-mail went completely unanswered and they continue to bill my card. The last e-mail I received from them was basically saying "screw you", until we hear from you on the phone (how will you know it's me?) we are going to continue to bill your card each month. I have not used their service since the free trial expired. I then found a way to cancel via chat, and after chatting back and forth for 20 minutes or so, verifying, etc. when I made it very clear I wished to cancel, the chat ended. I then received the comedic and untruthful e-mail (attached) This company is BS when it comes to cancelling your service. Notice that the e-mail seems to be a fill-in-the-name form letter, Do they have that many "interrupted" chat cancellations...lol
