Sorry for the delay,

I checked my records for 2001 and I did not find the name [redacted] nor a tax

returns for that year. Please tell the customer you are talking about to be careful when

accusing someone for something like this. Also, to give more and accurate details

information.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I could not put my response through the link provided, so here is my response to [redacted]:

The issue is related to my corporate tax return for [redacted] the year of 2012. [redacted] failed to E-file the corporate tax return in time, causing me to pay a monetary penalty to the California Franchise Tax Board. I have all the documents that prove my case, including the following:

-his name on my tax return as preparer

-email from the person who hired him to e-file my tax return

-proof of my payment of the $432.92 late payment penalty to the FTB

I am not falsely accusing Mr. [redacted] and he refused to respond to my multiple phone and email messages.
