Review: On April 11th 2014 an amount of USD 9,920 was transferred to recipient Effect Auto with reference "[redacted]". The amount was confirmed and received by recipient Effect Auto. The transfer of the above mentioned amount was in regards of an agreed sale of a Honda Odyssey 2013, Black, Mileage of 7, Engine size 3.5L, Automatic, Gasoline, Int. color Grey.

Since April 11th no proof and/ or decent update has been provided to us by Effect Auto [redacted]) even after multiple emails requesting an update. In the meanwhile Effect Auto, ignores the request for returning the amount of USD 9,920, as well after multiple requests. Yesterday June 2nd, another email was sent with a kindly and friendly request for an update and questions about the additional USD 8,000+, which was out of the blue and showed amounts with shipments to [redacted] (car is bought in the US). We always showed our willingness to continue the buy of the Honda Odyssey, if a proper update was provided whether it was the release or a proof of the application. Until today no update was received, only an amended invoice (initial invoice was paid USD9.920) with additional amounts on it, without any breakdown and/ or warning of these costs. There is NO cooperation of Effect Auto's and suddenly notarized documents were a must for receiving information about our own money.

There is a breach of contract from their side, according their Terms of Use, but they just ignore everything.

We simply requested to show some proof that this car sale was not fake and all necessary steps were taken by Effect Auto to release the car for export. This was never provided and until today, and therefore we accused them for breach of contract.

We gave them the possibility including deadline to react on our correspondence.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive the amount of USD 9,920 back, and requested that several times. We gave them the chance to provide is with a proof of the title of the car and/ or a proof of the wire details for returning the funds. They never provide us any update, and thus we just would like to receive our money back. We don't want the car anymore, as there is no trust in their way of doing business.

On September 14 2014 I did a transaction from my account to effectautos account stating that it's the payment for a car of $4925.00 "Four thousand nine hundred and twenty-five USD" ... unfortunately they didn't provide the product as been told so I requested a refund for my money ...

They told he through email they would work on my request but didn't. I therefore did a bank recall to notify they that I Am still awaiting my money but instead the answer was to the recall was no.

I don't know what to do. I contacted them again and they not been answering my calls so I decided to contact them from a different number and instantly I got they but the same answer was given to me " we will work on your request".Up to a day like today they haven't taken me into consideration

I really don't know what to do and I have been stressing ever since.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE THEM TO REFUND ME MY MONEY AND A LETTER OF APOLOGY SIGN BY THE MANGER...

Review: On 21 May 2014 I have transferred US$ 1,000.00 and on 29 May 2014 we transferred US$ 15,900.20 for the purchase of a car advertised on the website of Effect Auto Sales (www.effectautosales.com). For both wire transfers I have received confirmation of receipt of funds by email. According to the email received from Effect Auto Sales, the car would be released for shipping within 5 business days. After many phone calls and emails I was told that the car was no longer in the USA but shipped to their warehouse in [redacted] and that transportation from [redacted] to [redacted] was difficult. By the middle of September 2014 I told them that if that was to difficult to ship the car to [redacted] that the car could be shipped to [redacted] and that I would take care of the shipment from [redacted] to [redacted] The car has still not been shipped and documents of the car have not been released to me.Desired Settlement: To give back all the money paid to for a product not deliverd

Review: On April 17 2014 payment was made to Effect Auto to purchase a vehicle. To date I am still getting the run around from this company and they are not telling me when I will receive it.

I've also requested a refund but they refused to refund my moneys.Desired Settlement: cash refund

Review: A vehicle was advertised for sale on Effect Auto Website. I made inquires and was told that the vehicle was I good condition and was available for sale at a price of USD$19,900.00. I subsequently made a deposit on the vehicle via Wire Transfer of US$16,250.00. I was later informed via email that the vehicle was in holding and will be ready for shipment in 5 days. After the date would have passed, I made further inquiries about the status of the vehicle and was told that the vehicle had electrical problems and could not be shipped. I requested a refund on Friday the 6th June, 2014. A fax was sent to them from my bank with the wire instructions on Tuesday 10th June 2014 and also sent copies of this information via email. Up until Wednesday (June 11th) afternoon I have not received a reply. I then called the company on Wednesday, same afternoon on the matter of the refund and an employee told me that they prefer to send me another vehicle instead of a refund. I therefore solicit your kind assistance in this matter as urgent as possible.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my monies wire transfer back to my account as the client is very upset and is requesting from me their monies back.

Review: this company suppose was selling used cars from u.s and finland ....so I found one car on the website and called them ask them about the price is correct and they told yes that is the price for that car . & that they told me that if I m interested in buying that car I should make a payment and I ask them abt the invoice they send me invoice and ask me to pay within 3 days as they cant wait long .I made a payment than when ever I ask them abt the shipping they make excuses and I never had my car for which I paid for & now I see that there is an NJ COURT ORDER ON THERE WEBSITE, that they cant continue doing business. the business have been shut down I dont know no contact no email no phone responcesDesired Settlement: I would like to have my money back.

Review: Effect Auto have listed vehicles on website that they would not allow you to inspect. test drive and give you appointment.

All they wanted you to transfer money to their account and once you do that they do not attend your call.Desired Settlement: An action against their business if that really exist.
