My contract did not cover the failure of the EMS switch, I did clear the drain line with a student on the job site who can confirm this if needed. When I called the customer and advised him that I had an emergency, he got upset and hung up, so I didn't know he still needed my service as I assumed...

he went to another contractor. There are no warranties on clearing a drain line, as this is told to the customer at the time of the service. On another note, this customer is now bad mouthing my business to the HOA board and anybody else that will listen. This is hurting our business who currently holds an A with the Revdex.com. Please disregard the customers negative remarks and see this was simply miscommunication between both parties...

He is totally lying about my hang up of my phone. I was calling him but he was not picking his phone. Finally he sent me a text saying, "Can't talk, text me." After this all the text messages are on my cell phone for you to see. I have a water tight case against against this contractor. He shouldn't get away by lying.
I did send his response to my email to APM, OUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY, and they were aghast to see his response of "[redacted]". APM was the one who recommended this contractor to us to get EMS switch installed. Marshall installed the switch, and advised me to sign a contract to service the AC unit and clean the condensate line for peace of mind. I paid $150 for this service and he did nothing.

I stand behind my work, I did blow the drain line and service his system as per our contract. The fact that I was unable to attend to the customers needs doesn't mean I violated any codes of conduct or ethics. This was merely a miscommunication and the owner has nothing better to do with his time than waste mine.

Speechless! Every single employee is the best! They have serviced one time (they know how to do the service perfect) all 3 of our a/c units. Same day service, without hesitation Sept 1st heat. 2.5 hours early then scheduled timeframe. Extremely prompt and courteous. Just cannot say enough. I will be typing a review of 200% satisfaction on every website I can review for Effertz! Wow and thank you guys soooooo much!

[redacted] responded to the call and was amazingly polite, professional, and efficient! In the heat of the Arizona summer, it's important to be able to count on an air conditioning repair when needed. He was here within a hour and did a great job. Our future business is going to this company!

The individuals that work for this company are very rude and their driver's are not safe on the roadway. Just based on their customer service, I would not recommened this place as they don't seem trustworthy at all.

We received excellent customer service and quality workmanship from their technician Marshall and we will continue to use their service ongoing.

In this world of do enough to get by work ethic it was refreshing to a have service person who cares, Thank you Marshall.
