Recently one of our condo air conditioners died. Effertz diagnosed the problem, contacted my home warranty company. After warranty company ordered the parts, installation was set and accomplished with very little effort on my part.
Effertz was able to keep me updated as to the status of parts ordered, (compressor, condenser, coil). They then set up appointment for crane and installation. Appointment was set for 8 AM. Effertz was on site at 8 AM.
Crane company appointment was set for 9 AM. Crane company was on site at 9 AM. VERY EFFICIENT INSTALL.
Everything went very smooth. I could not be happier with the service and information provide by Effertz provided during the removal and installation of our new air conditioner.
I own a small business and we survive by doing quality work and service.
Effertz delivered quality work and great service.

I haven’t been able to stay at my house since my ac went out , received a call at 1130 and said they are on their way , it’s currently 325pm , still waiting won’t answer phone or text messages . So I wait in a 87 degree house . Don’t recommend!!
Finally got Ahold of someone at 345 , she couldn’t get ahold of her technician. Frustration began to rise , she hung up on me and cancelled my work order . Terrible business!!
Back story showed up to my house On a Sunday to diagnose my ac ,during quarantine with his 3 teenage sons .

Marshall from Effertz says I’m lying . That I was not happy with how long it took for the warranty to authorize the part. Actually it had nothing to do with that. It had to do with the fact that first - he told me he would be at my house at 6 am so I got up at 5 am and was ready...when I asked for an ETA, he said a couple of hours as he did not find the part and “forgot to text me.” I re-arranged my schedule so he could come later. He sent a technician later, and after the tech left, there was fiberglass coming out of the vents and a plastic burning smell. I texted him and asked him if this smell was normal and he said No. So I asked if they needed to come back, to which he responded it would have to be next week and, “Turn off the air.” It’s over a 110 degrees in phoenix and that’s his response. I reiterated that his tech had just left...well, he started to get irritated and responded, “piss off fg.”
I don’t need to lie about the situation. Apparently other reviews show that he tells his customers to piss off. Add to that that he used a degrading term for gay people, and this is supposed to be a professional company??? Like I said, I don’t need to lie. In fact, I have all the text messages to prove the conversation.

The owner, Marshall, is rude, unprofessional, and "responded piss off fg," because I told him there was a burning smell coming out after they changed the motor, and asked them if they were coming back.

Customer is lying, job was completed and they were unhappy with the time it took for the warranty company to provide parts for repairs. Sorry, next time pay to fix up front and get reimbursed. . .

Our AC was to be serviced on 7/12/19, a tech came and told me he fixed what he could but informed me that the blower motor needed to be replaced. He said it would take a few days for the part which was fine since we were going out of town for a week. I was told we didn't need to be there for him to finish the repair and should be complete by 7/16/19. We returned home, 7/20/19, to an AC that wasn't finished and a house that was 95°+. I also have an 18 month old son. I tried contacting him and was given the run around to the point I filed a complaint with his company and then he started threatening me through text messages that he wasn't going to finish the repair until I removed my complaint. He's had over a week to fix our AC, we've already paid for the service, and he doesn't care I have an 18 month old.

We scheduled a return visit to initiate repairs on July 16, 2019. The customer did not respond to our phone calls or messages (apparently they were on vacation), therefore they missed their appointment time. The customer was told to reschedule with us to complete the repairs, once again. We didn't hear back from them until July 20, 2019. The customer then demanded we come out asap to fix the unit. Unfortunately we were unable to accommodate them until July 21, 2019 but the customer was not happy with that scheduled date. Therefore, we sent the job back to the home warranty company that they contracted us through.

Worst company on the planet. Tells people to “piss off” when they question why service is taking a week and a half and barely updates people. Rude, incompetent, uneducated mn. Their reviews on yelp, Facebook, and google says it all. This company and his “family run” business are dumbasses. AVOID them at all cost!

06/11/19 my AC unit wasn't cooling and making a loud noise. First American homeowner's Warranty sent Total air care out on 06/18/19 first scheduled call from that point it was a nightmare, living in Az heat without a cooling system for 30+ days.
Effertzair was finally sent in and got it working for 24 hours, but it stopped working, he is coming back to identify the problem.

Effertz Air was sent to us through First American Home Warranty. I can't thank them enough. David with Effertz Air was nice, professional, and polite. I was told by first American that he was not able to come until Monday that was on a Thursday - however he was able to squeeze us in to diagnose the problem. Thank you Effertz Air. I highly recommend you.
