Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:My main issue for complaint that James didn't even touch on my main concern. How I was treated and how his staff made me feel. The fact that he's still so angry with replys. So dead set about warranty issues. Doesn't touch on fact company makes a faulty product. Makes a distributor fix issue and replaced with another company's products because this companies products have so many issues. I'm told which is why replacement isn't the same brand. Called [redacted] on Tuesday 5/26/15. He had told me that [redacted] where he bought the product ended up helping him out, and gave him a new one. With that said, no where on the box of the product he bought says it comes with any type of warranty per his claim. Also note that if you go to...

the website it will say the same thing[redacted] . So he was not correct to say that the box had a warranty on it. I would appreciate you getting rid of this bad feedback. Thanks, Jamie

Review: Bought a BodyWand turned it on and it vibrated for about 30 seconds and stopped.

Contacted seller and was told to contact company.

Contacted company they inform of they will not do anything and have no warranty on there product however there product box is misleading and informs of such a warranty.Desired Settlement: Replacement or full refund of purchase price.
