Efficient Edge

Review: [redacted] Co(EHCC)engaged Efficient Edge to perform as a third party administrator for the EHCC Flexible Spending Account plan(FSA) for the benefit of participating employees. As a fiduciary, Efficient Edge is responsible for reviewing and reimbursing employees eligible medical expenses. Efficient Edge withdrew approximately $9,000 on April 22, 2015 from the EHCC FSA bank account in accordance with the terms of the FSA agreement between EHCC and Efficient Edge. The monies were to then be paid to EHCC employees as reimbursements under the terms of the plan. As of today June 10, 2015 those monies (approximately $9,000) have not been paid by Efficient Edge to the EHCC employees, despite numerous requests and contact between EHCC and Efficient Edge.Desired Settlement: Cashiers checks of approximately $9,000 provided by Efficient Edge to the EHCC employees
