Nothing in the reply is trueThere was never anything in writing or stated about an underground sprinkler leak voiding a warranty until the phone conversation a couple of weeks agoThere was never an underground sprinkler leakThere was a faulty valve which allowed the drip system to run for some time above the ground at bushesThis did reveal a leak at a spot that had not been correctedWith spring rains both this spot and the other leakedThey continue to leak
There were several phone calls to Tite-Seal including one in October and another in about February of and another one or two in May of Additional communication on several occasions was through a mutual contact that Tite-Seal worked for*** *** (XXX-XXX-XXXX) who will confirm all of this
The work is unacceptable in that it has not stopped the leaksI still want this to work and stand by my previous desired solutionIf they do not want to correct it or have another firm do the work I want my money back

I do not accept the last offer provided by Tite-Seal in which they wanted me to sign off on some type of waiverMy original complaint still stand:
I want the leaks fixedIf they can not do it, I expect them to employ some firm that can do the work or refund my moneyI expect the work to be done within a reasonable time framelike within 2-weeks of notification
If they wish to come out and do the work, I will sign off after I am satisfied that their work is complete and satisfactoryThis may take a while because it will be unknown until we have some heavy rainsI paid them $1,to fix the leaks and I expect this to be done
