we dropped them at *** at 1154amwe were called to pick them back up but they were not at the entrance so my driver went on
the next call came in at 1233pmthe driver arrived at *** to pick them up at 1247pmso they shopped at *** & were picked back up in under hour!!! my dispatcher is never rude or yells at anyonethat is why she has the job & not meshe did say they had called and babbled something about waiting at stop sign, but these are usually drunk or drugged up so they don`t always make sensei had already instructed my dispatcher to no longer deal with them before this complaintthey can come by our office & I will gladly give them $provided they never call us again!

He was driving really crazyHis demeanor was outputting to say the leastI was scared in the vehicleI called the cab company to report the driver about his driving, the woman I talked to was screaming at me and cussing me outI asked for the owner and she wouldn't give that information to me
