I purchased a pair of earrings from Effy. They where beautiful but after the third time wearing them they would not latch so I called and emailed Effy. After a week they send me an RMA to return them but I had to pay for shipping and had to have insurance for the purchase amount (was in direction). I sent them back. They said it would take 3-6 weeks for repair and someone would contact me. After 4 weeks I had to contact them cause nobody reached out to me. It took me 2 weeks to get a response. After receiving my earrings back they did the same thing. Returned again. I asked for a refund and was told they don't give refunds but can give store credit. I took that option. I was told I would have the credit 3-5 days. It took 6 weeks then another 3 weeks of emails and phone calls to get a code to order online because all their stores are in Alaska and the Caribbean. I choose a ring (size 7) and they once again screwed up and sent the wrong thing. Paying $1200 for jewelry is alot and they refused to give me a refund. Now I have a ring that is way to small. For as much as I paid I should had received a refund and communication from the company. Six months later still don't have something I can wear.

I sent my ring back to Effy on September *** regarding a resizing and also to have a stone replaced. I have sent numerous follow up e-mails with limited response. When I called someone last week they told me it would be shipped by the end of the week and I have no received any communication since. I was told it was taking longer than expected due to holidays. I understand that things like this take time but when I ask for an update or any sort of response I get nothing. At this point I am extremely frustrated and ***et.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. However, I really feel that they should really re-evaluate their customer service standards. Communication was seriously lacking.

Beautiful ring, but the quality is TERRIBLE. I have had to send my ring back for a missing stone FOUR TIMES IN ONE YEAR. This morning I noticed yet another stone has fallen out, and I just got the ring back a few weeks ago from the 4th repair!. I had the ring only a few hours when the first stone fell out. Not once has customer service apologized or offered any compensation for having to send it back, where they kept the ring four weeks each time, so many times. Truly disappointing. This was a gift for my 50th birthday, and it's spent more time in repair than being able to wear it. Never again will I purchase jewelry from Effy.

This is my third time filing a complaint - my last one, a young lady called me and said they would re-open my compliant and follow up since the issue was not resolved, but then I got an email a few days later saying it was closed but not sure why. I have been in contact with the company SEVERAL times over the past few weeks. They re-assure me I will be getting my refund by a certain day and time and time again I call and they say they need additional time. At first I was promised to have it by November *** - then it changed to Monday the *** then again by Friday the ***, then next week for sure. Now it is 11/*** and I just spoke with them and they need additional time. All of this is after several months of back and forth trying to even get a hold of the company. I sent my ring in to be returned October *** and have still not received my refund. Right now, I don't have the ring or my money and I'm not sure how this is fair. I would just like my money back.
