Dear Mr. [redacted], I’m sorry that you were not happy with your experience using our online product.  You have been a valued customer since 2012, and we appreciate your continued business.  I was just recently made aware of your complaint, and reviewed the current situation.  You had...

requested to move to our online product, and asked for our assistance to move all your data into the online platform, which we completed.  Our technicians received your data and migrated it online.  The service was completed in full, and to your satisfaction.  Unfortunately, because of some factors out of our control (internet speeds, etc. in your office) the online product did not work well for you, and you have requested a refund for the services we provided in moving your data online.  In an effort to help you, at NO COST we re-activated your desktop account, and at migrated all of your data back to the desktop version 3 months later.  We wanted to keep you as a loyal customer, and felt that doing these services for free would be helpful.  We are very pleased that you continue to use our desktop software and continue to be a valued customer.  Therefore, we would also like to extend your current subscription with us for 4 months for free, to help compensate for the cost you incurred to move your data online and then back to desktop.  We hope that this is a satisfactory resolution to your request.Best Regards,Matt L[redacted]Director of MarketingeFileCabinet.com801.374.5505 ext 980

our CEO is no longer Matt P[redacted], Benoy T[redacted] is our CEO.The combination of the two errors in information resulted in never receiving previous notifications of this complaint. Our first request in reply to the complaint is that our company information be updated.In response to the complaint, we are refunding $349.00 to Ms. [redacted] as requested along with allowing her to keep the Epson scanner currently in her possession. Our finance team will be submitting the refund today, and if verification is needed will be provided.The experience of Ms. [redacted] is not typical, and we do apologize for her negative experience.
