The phone number listed in the complaint was marked as Do Not Call on 3/9/upon receipt of this complaint, thus complying with the consumers request to stop unwanted calls Efinancial calls consumers in response to requests for information It is possible that this consumer does not recall interacting with a website and requesting information Efinancial does on occasion leave prerecorded voicemail messages but only when we encounter an answering matching or voicemail in our attempts to response to a consumer’s request for information Efinancial has agents licensed in all US States, as such we have local phone numbers in several states from which we call Efinancial has NO connection with Nigerian scammers whatsoever We never sent a threatening text to this or any consumer We have no connection with a Penny W [redacted] Of the eight phone numbers listed by complainant only four belong to Efinancial, given this and the claims regarding Nigeria and threatening texts we believe it is possible the consumer is confusing Efinancial with others who may be contacting him
There was some confusion between the customer and the agent during the initial calls The agent believed that he had sufficiently explained all aspects of the product but after receiving feedback from the customer it was clear that more explanation was needed The customer has since spoken with Efinancial and customer wishes have been fulfilled We are pleased that we were able to resolve this to the customer’s satisfaction Thank you
Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I never ever gave Efinacial my number nor did I ever request their serviceThey are liars, Ive seen reviews that they have pulled this same scam on other consumers harrassing them with unwanted telemarketing calls while on the Do not call list and received evidence against them with the FTC with Ms .S*** and with IC3.govAlso they used more than numbers when they harrassed me with unwanted calls I will continue to work with law enforcement to file criminal charges against Efinincal LLC So consider this matter not resolved until criminal charges are filed after their investagation against e Financial LLC and btw I do have a active attorney on this case...So I strongly sugguest this company Leave me alone
