Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I changed my credit card number in August I do not see how August and September monthly payments were charged to my credit cardThe only phone calls I received were that [redacted] was way behind on his membershipday at work the call center called about times harassing meDisturbing my work placeThe phone call was from collections e-fitness, should have called me before it was turned over to collectionsI wood have paid my billBut instead they have NO customer service departmentThis would have solved this problem then and thereI owe e-fitness $Regards, [redacted]

To whom it May Concern,We have looked over complaint and this member was notified for over a year from our National Fitness office that they were behind in payment Our memberships are contracts for a month period, and this member quit payment on 10/31/and our National office
spoke to the member several times informing member of the past balance The balance being past due built up and this is why he is in advanced collections The contract strictly states it is for months, and to cancel at any time there is a penalty charge If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to answer them Thank you!

I am rejecting this response because: I changed my credit card number in August 2013 I do not see how August and September monthly payments were charged to my credit card. The only phone calls I received were that [redacted] was way behind on his membership. 1 day at work the call center called about 20 times harassing me. Disturbing my work place. The phone call was from collections e-fitness, should have called me before it was turned over to collections. I wood have paid my bill. But instead they have NO customer service department. This would have solved this problem then and there. I owe e-fitness $64.95

To Whom It May Concern,This member signed a contract which was 12 months, and in this contract it states Following the initial membership term, our membership agreement will automatically continue on a month to month basis until a 30 day advance written notice is given by either party.  This box was never checked which means once his year was up, this would roll over into a month to month membership.  I have attached the copy of this members membership.  As of 10/31/13 this members payment did not go through with the card on file, this is when our National Fitness office called member to inform, and the members payment being late their is a $35 charge which is applied after the card is tried for a second time on 11/26/13.  This being said, the member was accumulating in collections fees due to not paying his monthly dues & late charge.  Each monthly payment was set to come out and every time it is late another charge is added.  This member did send in a check for the $64.95, but at the time they sent in the check the money had accrued to $179.95.  So the financial department sent the check back with a note stating whywe were not cashing the check if the balance was incorrect. This member again signed a contract for a year and clearly in the contract it states what the cancellation policy is, the late payment when dues are not paid on time, and any other important notices.  This member is in advanced collections and owes $ 179.95.  Thank you for your time!
