As you can see it was with in the 30 to 90 days as stated on our website. In conclusion, as this takes time and man power away from my company to gather this information we are faxing you the information for your records.

Review: I have made a purchase from EFK fire dragon with Order # [redacted] last August 29, 2014. Have received a receipt on my order. My credit card was also charged on September 2, 2014. In a normal business communication, replies should be made 3-4 business days. As of now, I have not received any information as to delivery date, no commitment has been received from them. Not even a single reply to one of my emails sent to them. Now I am beginning to doubt that this transaction is not legitimate as this is my first time to experience this. I even called them but I hear only answering machine.Desired Settlement: The Merchant will refund me (credit balance to my credit card) or deliver the item asap.

Review: item ordered in September 2014 my credit card was charged. contacted company in October 2014 for update was told item would probably ship in December I have sent 3 e-mails to get updated status with no response. called customer service on 1/19/2015 and was told I would get an e-mail with status update, again no response. tried to call customer service 1/20 2015 and get no answer told to leave a message.Desired Settlement: request either delivery of item I ordered or a refund of my money.
