Review: On August 29, 2014 at 7:50 PM I placed order #51043 for a pair of [redacted] tennis shoes totaling $44.99 plus $5.99 USPS shipping including signature confirmation and insurance.Due to the layoffs where I work, I was unable to keep the telephone that was associated with my credit card information, but recently purchased a prepaid phone to accept calls.The website could not deliver to PO Boxes, So I supplies my rental house address for delivery.I was supplied with a USPS tracking number of #[redacted]USPS stated that the expected delivery was on Thursday, September 4th. I called my local post office on Friday, September 5th after it was a day past expected delivery. I gave them the supplied tracking number and they said that it was lost in delivery.I then called eFootware and explained that the order was lost by USPS. eFootware then stated not to worry that it was just that they gave me the wrong tracking number. I then asked for the correct tracking number and they were unable to supply that. I then asked for a full refund including shipping. They denied my request and blocked ALL communications from me to resolve this matter and get my money back.The USPS tracking number eventually appeared on the tracking screen days later stating that it was delivered in my hometown, however I never received the package. I want 100% of my money back immediately!!Desired Settlement: A full refund of $50.98
