Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I don not trust the person on my property or near my familyThe person has driven by my residence on several occasions staring at me and my family in a threatening wayI have filed a police reportHe has taken months to respond to this request while he has taken time to only drive by my home in a threatening mannerI do not feel safe with this person on my propertyAs for the $bid that was changed to $500, that is an incorrect statement that he has madeThe first bid I received for another contractor was for $and when I told Mr [redacted] about the first bid, he offered to do the exact work for $but he did not complete the job as promised I believe the safest and most efficient manner to resolve this issue is for Mr [redacted] to refund my money for incomplete work as I have already hired a contractor that I can trust on my property and around my home and who will complete the job as planned Regards, [redacted]

We agreed for me to do the job for $800.00 but she said she didnt have all the money- She only said I have $500.00 and haul of branches only and leave the rest of the wood there - she said it was ok. So now she already file a complaint and its been about 1 year ago. So can you please send her the letter to let her know that Im willing to remover the wood.
