I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved
Sincerely,

I [redacted] and [redacted] had...
agreed that the work I was hired for would get started and would be complete once we both returned from our out of state trips. [redacted] was aware of my upcoming trip. When I returned from my trip 65% of the job has been completed. [redacted] did not want me to complete the rest at the time. In all fairness to [redacted] we agreed, I would refund him $2,500. Attached is a notarized letter showing the settlement amount [redacted] and myself agreed to.
Review: [redacted] failed do the job he was given a large downpayment on. He and his crew failed to show up on numerous occasions. He failed to keep in contact and when he was fired did not refund any monies that were paid in advance of the completed job. After checking with other customers I found that they had the same results and had to threaten to sue [redacted] in order to have their jobs completed.Desired Settlement: A refund of the downpayment.
