[redacted] refused to pay and became irate and constantly questioned why his bill had increased.  He then informed us he had no plan on paying upon completion. He required the car back in his possession for him to “verify” it was worth paying for. [redacted] must understand that he cannot tell us he does not want to pay then expect our services to be expedited to meet his timeline. I have attached a copy of the most recent estimate so you can how our standardized estimate works.  Our standard labor rate is $115/hr the original work was quoted at $89.99/hr. I’ve since removed things from the original estimate being we no longer wish to continue business with [redacted] and his open balance remains at $1933.32 for additional parts and work completed thus far.
