Review: I put all 5 of my winter coats in this cleaners to be cleaned around late June, as fall approached I went to go check on it maybe late August early Sept, they were closed. Figured they closed early, went back a week later to find they were still closed, found it a bit strange being though it wasn't a holiday or anything and it was early afternoon. Following week they were still closed and that's when my suspicions had me to question did they close down. I called the number and it's disconnected, asked around and people haven't seen it opened in months, one lady said she seen them early in the morning taking out their machines. There are 4 other businesses on that same block; a deli corner store, [redacted] pizza, [redacted], and a [redacted]. Not sure if the [redacted] and corner deli store had the same landlords as the cleaners but [redacted] and the [redacted] pizza place do and they took down my number so the landlord would contact me about the whereabouts of the cleaners and that was 2months ago and never received a call. So now it's the month of December, it's basically winter and all of my winter coats are in this cleaners that has been closed down for months and I'm without a coat!Desired Settlement: I want all of my 5 coats back, every last one of them. They were very expensive designer coats well worth over 3,000 dollars, it's winter month and I don't have a coat, I don't want a replacement because 3 out of 5 of those coats they don't even have anymore, 1 of the coats store closed, I don't want a refund of the services I just want all my coats I put in there back, it's imperative!
