before letting the salesman in my house I was really skeptical about the company and credibility because of stories and reviews I read onlineThey offered me a free cleaning and presentation of the Kirby vacuum systemI let them in because I needed my living room cleanAfter sitting in the presentation I was convinced that I needed the Kirby vacuum and it's worth the investmentI'm glad I said yes because the gentleman and his manager that came in after the cleaning was very polite and worked hard to clean my living roomReally proves that negative reviews and comments is about a certain individualNot all Kirby salesperson are the sameOr maybe I just got lucky? FYIThey were both dressed professional and with proper identification and from then on I knew they take the job seriously I recommend anyone to be open minded and don't judge EVERY Kirby sales people based on ANY reviews
EGA Marketing Review: On a peaceful Saturday evening, I was taking my sweet time watching a family movie with my wife and a year old sonThe door was slammed hard and persistently like no tomorrowI opened the door to see a youngster who appeared to be a salesman but insisted on cleaning my living room for free under the limited offer that expiring todayI denied at first but the person begged all of us to give it a try because he needed to perform this work as get some rewards from his companyWhen being asked which company that he worked for, he disclosed to us that he is part of the coolest company called EGA Marketing After a few moments of consideration, I finally let them into my house to just clean the couch so they could get their rewardsEven though they said the work is only minutes, it took their times back and forth in my living room for almost an hour to advertise about their Kirby vacuum machinesIt was getting increasingly irritating and frustratingAs we finally asked them to leave, the people gave us the looks full of attitudes and left the house in angerBased on this experience, I strongly believe that a purchase transaction with them would result in a painful mistakeNever let one of their salesmen again in to our homes with their fake pitiful stories for any reason
Worst experience. Manager Lucia is a liar. No follow ups. No customer interest at heart. I signed up to work for them quickly learned ... . [redacted] company that needs to be inspected

HmmmA gentleman offered to clean our carpet as I was leaving and I shunned him awayI came back and my husband is trowing our shark vacuum awayPuzzled, I kept an open mind even though I was so embarrassed with the mess in my houseThey didn't mind one bitThey were very respectful, professional and took their jobs seriouslyWe told them that we would discuss and give them a call backI'm familiar with the [redacted] vacuum (someone in the family had one)After discussing, we decided it would be a good investmentLife warranty, very good machineWe called back and took the offerThe gentleman gave us a demonstration and we are very satisfied
