Review: I ordered a support brace($42.76) in April 2013, the brace was too small so I wanted to exchange it for a different size, according to a representative company policy was to purchase a new brace($42.76)and they would refund your money as soon as they received the previous merchandise and saw the new order. I called them at the beginning of May because I had not yet seen a refund in either my Paypal account or bank account. After I contacted them they said it would be refunded to me within 48 hours, I still did not receive my refund. I have recently been trying to contact them but keep getting transferred to an automated phone service that says to email them at [redacted]. Since that time I have sent over 11 emails and still no refund, the only reply that I receive is an automatic reply stating that they are in the process of updating their facility and adding new customer support members. I keep getting promised my refund and have yet to receive it. I just want my money back for the entire purchase of the brace ($42.76- I should not have to pay a restocking fee since it has been almost 3 months since I initiated the refund).Desired Settlement: I would like my total of $42.76 back from the original purchase without a restocking charge since this has been ongoing since April.

Review: I purchased a wrist brace from Egan Medical online on 27 October 2013. My credit card was charged on 28 October 2013. As of today, 03 October 2013, my order is still "processing." I have tried to call the company on both of their listed telephone numbers. Neither is answering the phone or taking messages. According to their message on both lines, their voice mail boxes are full. I did send an email message on 01 October 2013 and received an automated return message that same day but, so far, no reply to my message. I cannot cancel the order or find out why they haven't shipped the item. According to their website at the time I placed the order, the item is not out of stock or backordered.Desired Settlement: My first choice would be to have the company ship the item. If, for some reason, they cannot do that, I would like a refund.

When I had not received my item after 10 days I sent an email. The following is a reply to my email:On Sunday, March 16, 2014 8:32 PM, "[redacted].com" [redacted].com wrote:Ms. [redacted], I am terribly sorry as I've been in the hospital for the past three weeks, entered on short-notice and will be returning to work Monday.Your order will ship no later than Monday, March 17. Again, I am sincerely sorry, and unfortunately your purchase was made through one of our newest sites and the employees who handled the day-to-day in my absence had not been trained on order processing specific to [redacted].net. I am the only person in the company who knows how to do that, and I take personal responsibility since I have not been at work for most of the past month. Review: I placed on order (order# 2018) on 07/07/2013 for 10 items of Jobst antiembolism stockings. On 07/17/2013, I still have not received my merchandise or shipping information, so I emailed to their support at [redacted] with no response. I called their customer service number numerous times, no one picks up the phone and I was not able to leave any message because their voice mailbox always full. I posted an complaint on the store facebook page and got an email from [redacted], claimed to investigate my order on 07/19/2013, but I never got an update or response after that. I phoned and email [redacted] Medical on 07/22/2013 to request that if my merchandise had not shipped out by the end of 07/21/2013, please cancel my order and refund my money. I never got any response from the store. I posted a second complaint on the store's facebook page and I received an email from [redacted] on 07/24/2013 stating that part of my order was shipped out around 07/15/2013 or 07/16/2013. However, when I checked the USPS tracking number, it was never shipped out until 07/26/2013, so that was a lie to me and the store should have cancel my order and refund my money as I had requested on my email. However, the store did not cancel my order and did not refund my money. On 07/29/2013, I received a package from [redacted] Medicals, but it only contained 4 of 10 items that I placed for my order, the other 6 items are still missing. Therefore, on 07/30/2013 I send another email to [redacted] and also to [redacted]'s personal email to demand the confirmation and tracking number of the other missing 6 items. I demanded on the email to cancel my order and refund my money if I do no receive those information by 5:00 PM Eastern Time 07/31/2013 and that I would file a dispute and fraud charge with my credit card company. By the end of 07/31/2013, I did not receive any response from [redacted] Medical Equipment. Out of the 10 items that I ordered , I still have not received my full order of merchandise.Desired Settlement: Please cancel the rest of my order (order # 2018) and refund my money! Egan Medical Equipment, I have already contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and I filed a fraud charge with my credit card company.

Review: I have placed an order for a product on 28/08 2014. Order number 4490. Customer ID#[redacted] is September 17th, 2014 and I have not received the product or shipping confirmation. When I attempted to call the company, the operator states that the number is unassigned. When attempting to email the company at various email addresses, including to the [email protected] from which the order confirmation was received, the emails all bounce back.I would like to either receive my product (which is a time sensitive issue, will not need to use it past Dec 17, 2014) or an immediate refund.There are many complaints of this nature regarding this company, and I wonder why they are still allowed to perform business with the public if they can't be trusted.Desired Settlement: A refund or express shipment of the product in question.

Review: My wife purchased a V2 Supporter. Got the product and it did not fit. She called the number on the receipt within 24 hours and no one would answer. There is no voicemail setup so she couldn't leave a message. She emailed the email on the invoice and no one would email her back or respond. She called 3 times a day for a week. No answer. She has emailed about a dozen times no answer. She finally got a hold of someone today (2 months later) and explained that she had her bank look into the situation for fraud because of no response and the lady ([redacted] said check the Revdex.com to see if they were a real company then hung up on her. Well turns out they are but looks like they are a bad company to work with due to all the complaints. Our bank has stated send the item back and if no refund the bank will go after the business. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BUSINESS!!Desired Settlement: Need a refund on the product!

Review: I received the wrong item and ordered the correct item. Spoke directly with Egan Medical Supply who assured me once the belt was in their possession I will receive my refund. So I ordered another the correct model and was billed. Yet I have not received my credit form the original purchase, when I called to inquire I was hung up on by customer serviceDesired Settlement: I want my credit for the original item.. I feel it was given to me in error on purpose to retain more funds from me than what was suppose to be charged

Review: I returned a prenatal cradle to the company at the end of May after my daughter received it and it didnt fit. We got authorization to return the product from a [redacted] and mailed the product back expecting a refund to the card used. It is now July 18th, and we have called and emailed repeatedly asking about the refund because we never received it and their customer service line is always down due to "moving locations, training new reps, etc" and the emails we have received say that theyve gotten the product back, but have overlooked sending the refund $$ and still havent done it. I dont understand how a company can go two full months without proper customer service support and not fix a simple refund issue when they say theyre going to.Desired Settlement: I would really like a full refund of the product amount, plus tax and shipping and handling if possible please.

Review: I purchased an item from the website www.eganmedical.com on 10/21/2013 at 1:36 am. Almost immediately after I ordered it I sent an email requesting that the order be cancelled. I got a response at 2:53 pm that the order had already been mailed out around 10:00 am. They said they ship items out asap to ensure customers are happy and satisfied. The email also said I could return it and to send an email letting them know I sent it back to get a refund. I sent the item back on 11/14/2013 at 5:10 PM, the USPS employee told me to write REFUSE on the package and I didn't even have to pay to send it back since it had never been opened. Nothing happened! No refund and it was not mailed back. Finally, on December 30, 2013 I sent an email asking if they had received it and where my refund was. I had sent the request prior to this a couple of times with no response. The response came on January 13, 2014 with a copy of their REFUND and RETURN policy from their website. I emailed back that I was told I could get a refund on the day I ordered it and have yet to get a response or satisfaction. So now they have the item and my money. I have emails to show all of this. There were more emails back and forth but their customer service, if that's what you want to call it, was not able to comprehend and reconcile this matter in a timely or professional matter!Desired Settlement: I paid $12.82 for the item ($13.50 - $0.68 discount code) and $4.03 for shipping & Handling for a total of $16.85. I just want what is fair my refund minus the S&H.

Review: I purchased a V2 Supporter For Vulva for $39.95 plus shipping on 11/4/2013, received it on 11/08/2013 and returned it on 11/12/2013 because it did not fit and ask for a credit on my Visa card. I received an email from them on 11/8/2013 with the return instruction which I followed. Because I had not received credit, I sent them and email on 11/23/2013 asking them to follow up.I received an email on 11/25/2013 apologizing that the return was overlooked and something would be done within one week. I have emailed and called them a number of times asking for the credit and to date the issue has not been resolved. On one occasion while talking to a customer service rep the supervisor took the pbnone, complained that I was rude and not to call that number again and hung up. I take issue with their rudeness calim.Desired Settlement: They have the returned item and I would like to receive credit on my Visa card.

Review: My wife is suffering in pain and getting varicose veins so she paid for rush shipping. The USPS confirmed that not only had they charged her for upgraded shipping, but they sent it standard mail and it hasn't arrived in two weeks! Costumer service doesn't exist as they don't even provide a phone number to call. They allow emails but she just tried to email them and it wont even go through at ALL! VERY DISSATISFIED! GOING TO COMPLAIN AND MAKE SURE THE WORLD KNOWS NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM. and I NEVER complain. NEVERDesired Settlement: They should give us the product for free for all the trouble and time this has cost us. The product was under $50 but if I owned this business I would want to retain customers not cause them to write reviews like this because no one will help because the business doesn't CARE!Bad Business. Horrible! and I own multiple companies and I am a top three in a billion dollar company.
