I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meAs a note, unbeknown to eGeeks, my computer is brand new (weeks old at the time of the occurence) and did not receive the alleged hacks according to Apple Computer Support

Hi, We would like to humbly submit that we are absolutely surprised to know what has happened with the customerAnd after analyzing all the details, we found out that this case was referred to us by a local storeAnd we did work on customer’s computer and installed the required securitiesWe
would also like to submit that a receipt cum services agreement was also provided to the customer in which all the terms and condition of the services included with the refund policy was mentionedNow customer has mentioned about receiving a call from someone pretending to be from EgeeksOn this we would like to state that it is a general scam which has been going on for a whileWhere the customers are being contacted by these bad people and they are trying to cheat them of their moneyThey are identifying themselves as from reputed software and tech support companies to gain the trust and then they offer refunds for the services customers have subscribed by saying that they are no longer able to provide these services because of some technical reasonsWe always inform our customer about these kinds of scams and ask them not to entertain any such callsWe have also sent emails to all of our customers educating them not fall for these kinds of scamsAnd we did inform the customer in this particular case as wellWe even left a notepad on your computer desktop in which we requested the customer not to share your computer screen on incoming callsAnd has the customer called us first before reaching out to Revdex.com then we would have sorted this out for the customer to best of our abilityBut we still appreciate that the customer did the right thing by shutting down the computer and didn’t let them to steal any personal and sensitive informationIt would also be pertinent to mention here that as a corrective measure we are ready to increase, decrease or cancel the services if customer wishes toFinally we humbly request you to settle the caseAs it was really not our faultBecause at eGeeks we have always committed to provide the best services possible to our customer. if Mr*** was wrong in suggesting that he was scammed by Egeeks then an apology is owed to EgeeksApple Computer store stated that the service that Egeeks provided was not necessary, but that could be a matter of opinionThe amount Mr*** was charged was for years of warranty which he does not needHe wants to do what is right so if necessary service was provided to Mr*** he would want to pay that amount

services agreement we clearly mentioned that in case of unsatisfactory services, customer can always ask for a full refund and we will do the same without asking any question .Because we strongly believe that nobody should pay for the services they are not satisfied with. We would also like to tell you that we have already initiated a full refund for the customer which he should receive in 8 to 10 business day. Please note that this customer visited our website and contacted us on January 24, 2018 with his computer problems and he was then provided...

with all the necessary support.  This is also to be noted that the customer was very much satisfied with our work and he confirmed this the very next day when he was contacted by the feedback team. He was also informed about our refund policy verbally and through service agreement, in which we clearly mentioned that in case of unsatisfactory services, a customer can claim full refund within 15 days It would also be pertinent to mention here that we tried to contact the customer several times via emails and phone calls to discuss the matter but didn’t receive any response from him. Finally, because of customers’ dissatisfaction with the service, we have already refunded the full amount and cancelled the support services. Thanks to Egeeks ...My computer is just working like a new one now. My computer was giving me a hell lot of problems...but then one of my friend recommended me to egeeks and I truly had a great experience. I was very satisfied with the services and the professionalism of the technicians. thanks
