Review: Email submitted to business on 1/**/14. As of 2/**/14 I have had no response from the business:I have contacted your office multiple times over the past week to remove the Junk and place strap on a gutter for my home for which I have already paid.- You informed me on 1/**/14 that it would be removed that day and strap for gutter would be placed on 1/**/14. I paid you for these services ($70).- On 1/**/14 the junk was still not removed and the strap not placed so I contacted you on 1/**/14 and you told me that the job would be done on 1/**/14.- On 1/**/14 I contacted you because the job was not done and you informed me that you would do it on 1/**/14. I informed you that there was a snow storm coming on 1/**/14 and you informed me that you would get the job done before the snow storm on 1/**/14.- I contacted you once again on 1/**/14 because the job was not done and you informed me that you will get the job done on either 1/**/14 or 1/**/14.- I contacted you again on 1/**/14 because the job was still not done and you informed me that you would get the job done on 1/**/14 between 4-6pm.- As of 1/**/14, the job is still not done.Also - never once did you contact me to inform me there is a delay in performing the job. You just ignored the work you were paid to do. I had to contact you every step of the way.At this point, I have taken care of the job myself and would like a refund of $70.I have also contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge for not fulfilling what you were paid to do.I will cancel the dispute if you refund the $70 the not doing your job and what you were paid to do.If I do not get a response from your office in the next 48 hours (by Monday, 1/**/14), I will be contacting the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Refund of $70 for services not rendered
