A bit of a hassle in the beginning due to backordered items but Mr. Alkoby dealt with it in a very professional way and got everything resolved and shipped as agreed! All items in perfect condition and as described. Would definitely buy again.

In 2014 I purchased a pair of Ridge outdoor Dura-Max side zipper for 44.99 USD. When they arrived they were to small and I emailed EGOZ Tactical, and was told to return and they would send the replacement pair. I returned the boots 01/15/2014 as instructed via Canada Post ref#CX463454848CA which was received 01/22/2014 by Egoz. I have sent numerous emails to try and get this resolved...to no avail. Terrible company to deal with...MAD and ripped off.

Review: at the end of November 2014 I ordered a mesa butt stock for my mossberg 930. after a month I was wondering why it had not been sent yet. I contacted the company and got a response that it was back ordered. I informed them that they should change there website to say that because it still said available. I waited a few months messaging from time to time to check up. also telling them that there site still said the item was available. in april 2015 they told me that they had talked to mesa tactical and that they would have then in stock in a week or two. 2 weeks later I messaged again asking and this time no reply. I kept trying and in the beginning of may the site went down for maintenance, no big deal it happens. well I have been checking back from time to time and the site is still down today june 3rd. I am just very confused on why this company has not sent out the item. I understand that sometimes supply issues come up but its been 7 monthsDesired Settlement: I would just like the company to fulfill my order in the near feature

Review: I ordered an Advantage Arms .22 Conversion Kit for a 1911 from vendor ( http://www.egoztactical.com/advantage-arms-22lr-conversion-kit-for-1911-w-cleani... Product comes in a plastic case. Both original and replacement orders were delivered in boxes that were too small. First box didn't have any protective material inside at all and rattled upon delivery. Case was cracked and broken. Requested a replacement. Second order was received in a flatter profile box that bulged on both sides, as product barely fit inside. It also, was cracked upon receipt.I have extensive photos of condition of packaging and contents in both instances.Vendor blames carrier. I pointed out to vendor that problem was with their shipping dept. attempting to ship on the "cheap". All of this could've been avoided had they packaged the item in a larger box and padded with bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts. They even asked me to ship the first item back in a different box, as the first was damaged.As already mentioned, happy to send along all the pictures that corroborate my claim.Desired Settlement: I paid for an UNDAMAGED product and EXPECT one for that payment. As state above, it was NOT the carriers fault the item was damaged each time. It was as a direct result of their incompetence and attempting to ship on the "cheap"

Review: 8/13/2014: Placed order for two items on through online website http://www.egoztactical.com. 8/19/2014: Filed dispute with Discover Card after being charged for order but never receiving confirmation and company claiming to have no record of the order. 9/05/2014: Received partial order but still missing second item.9/02/2014: Vendor stated the order will ship on 9/3/2014, but item has not yet been recievedDesired Settlement: Request refund for Magpul Mag552 Moe-K2 AR Rifle grip valued at $18.99.

I have had many business encounters with Egoz tactical, and I have had the privilege to be served with the upmost courtesy, professionalism and regard for my satisfaction at the forefront. I regard Egoz tactical as an A+ online company with staff and owners appearing to have a desire to provide the best service and problem resolutions available to the consumer. This company is above all the rest of the online stores that I deal with. I highly recommend this store to any consumer looking for a great experience in online purchases.
