Review: This company is trying to collect a debt that they can not verify. I am getting notices for [redacted]. [redacted] and that is not my name. I provided an agent by the name of [redacted] E. [redacted] my social and information and he could not find any record of me. He said that he would stop all correction processes, however this is still on my credit report and I would like it removed. I also communicated with [redacted] and he also could not verify my information. They referred me to a wrong 800 number that was trying to sell a cruise to me. When I finally got ahold of [redacted] again after 4 phone calls he said he gave me the wrong number and gave me a different one. After several attempts this office either does not answer the phone in their business office or are neglecting to take calls to get this resolved because I have not been able to get in touch with anyone in regards to this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like it fully removed from my credit report immediately.

March 26, 2014Dear **. [redacted]:I acknowledge receipt of the March 17, 2014 complaint for the referenced consumer. In order to further investigate [redacted] E. Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

Per NCO Financial Systems response they have stated: "I acknowledge receipt of the March 17, 2014 complaint for the referenced consumer." Which this would be me [redacted] A. [redacted]. NCO further states "In order to further investigate [redacted] E. [redacted]'s allegations, NCO requests that [redacted] E. [redacted] forward a copy of his most recent credit report displaying NCO's listing." It would be impossible to forward NCO a copy of [redacted] E. [redacted]'s credit report since I am not that individual and do not have access to their credentials to do that.

Review: I am disabled. I am blind in one eye and have major issues with the second. My DECEASED daughter had a student loan and this company has continued to harass me for years and have told me that I MUST pay for the remainder of the loan even though my child died suddenly and I am disabled. The last thing they did was to take a payment from my bank after I had asked the in writing to no longer deduct payments because I am unable to pay for my deceased daughter.Desired Settlement: They should charge off the account because my daughter is deceased and as such I am disabled and cannot pay. They should also stop the threatening phone calls.

Dear **. [redacted]:

I acknowledge receipt of the October 16, 2013 complaint for the above-referenced consumer. NCO Financial Systems, Inc. (NCO), as the master servicer of the above accounts, truly appreciates the opportunity to address [redacted]’s concerns. Enclosed for your review is a copy of the Loan Agreement for the above-referenced accounts.

NCO has recalled the accounts from collections and has marked the accounts to prevent active collection at this time. Should the consumer have any questions regarding these accounts, please contact [redacted] at ###-###-####.

Should I not hear from you within 30 days, I will assume you have all information necessary to complete your investigation and close this matter. Thanking you for your cooperation, I remain,

Very truly yours,

Consumer

Response:

I have chosen to click on reject because accept would mean Revdex.com would close the matter.

I have spoken as indicated in the letter two times to the person who it says to call. This person does not have information and cannot make decisions and has to go and ask other people on what can be done or has happened. I am thankful to the company for their response and ask that it be modified to include as agreed with the company today by **. [redacted] "no further collection" and remove at this time. At this time seems to indicate it remains open despite a death and total disability worsening situation of the parties involved.

In December of 2012, a letter was sent including death certificate and medical asking the company to stop all collections. Telephone call from the company in January also relayed the same message as they were told to stop but they continued to take the money until the account was totally depleted and that is when they stopped.

I would ask for a reimbursement from December to May which is when I indicated the threats should stop as the situation is bad. **. [redacted] said he would have to look into it.

Thanks very much to the company and Revdex.com.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. This resolution is acceptable as the company STATES NO FURTHER COLLECTION ON THIS ACCOUNT AND A REFUND. I UNDERSTAND THIS TO MEAN IT WONT BE TRANSFERRED SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SOMEONE ELSE BEGINS COLLECTION AGAIN. I WOULD LIKE THE BUSINESS TO ADVISE OF THE AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED AND THE DATE. THANK YOU.

Review: I checked my credit report and found that I had a charge off item from NCO Financial for $75.00. I proceeded to contact them the first person hung up on me. The second person told me that it was for my brother for an ER visit. I have never been financially responsible for my brother nor am I his care taker. I told them this and they told me to fax them my license, birth certificate, social security card. I do not feel comfortable to send this type of company that I know nothing about. If it is a true charge off item the attached this to the wrong credit report it should be on my dads [redacted] Sr and not mine [redacted] JrDesired Settlement: I would like this charge off item removed from my credit report and placed on the appropriate credit report

Review: I received a letter from NCO on 9-10-14 stating I owed a balance of $852.34. When I called the company I spoke with a Kathy and gave her the OUR ACCT# [redacted] and CREDITORS ACCT# [redacted]..she could not find the account or pull anything up. I gave her my son's name and birthdate and she was able to pull information up. She told me that account was paid with a zero balance and they did not sent out a letter to me. I told her I had a letter and it was dated August 27, 2014 and I received it 9/10/14. She said it was impossible because that acct is closed and paid and they did not sent out a letter stating anything was owed. She said she showed one acct for $778.49 that just came over and I could pay if I wanted. She said they do not report to credit bureaus and nothing was or would be put on my credit. I told her I was unaware of the $778.49 being owed but didn't want to take any chances of something going on my credit and would just pay it and then deal with Sinai later in trying to figure out if it was truly owed. I paid her and got a confirmation number of $05065c. Then the following monday, 9/29/14 I get an alert from my credit company saying that NCO put a collections on my credit for $852.34. I called the number on my report and spoke to a Kenneth at NCO who said he showed it owed. I told him I just talked with Kathy last week and paid anything that was due and she said this account was paid and zero so he said not to worry about it and it would be removed from my credit. Well it hasn't been removed from my credit and my credit was perfect. I find NCO a very unprofessional, unorganized company…if I can even get through to a live person and not be hung up on, the person I talk with never knows the person I talked with before. Kenneith said he had no idea who Kathy or Lindsay C[redacted] was (two people I talked with and made payments to). I want a letter from NCO stating this should not have been put on my credit and is being removed. When I called the corporate office at NCO at [redacted] I spoke with a Harry G[redacted] (who said he new Kathy and worked with her) and he said the account was noted as disputed and being returned to [redacted] and that they removed from all three credit companies and would not be on my credit. But I checked with [redacted] and it had not been removed. I asked him for a letter stating it was not to be on my credit and was removed and he said they don't do it that way but he said it for sure is not a problem, it has been removed from all three and is taken care of and I don't need to do anything else. But I still show it on my credit. I want a letter from NCO stating that it is not suppose to be on my credit and will be removed immediately.Desired Settlement: I want a letter stating that that should not have been put on my credit as a collections and that they have notified all three credit bureaus and have removed anything negative from my credit report.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The letter they did is addressed to the Revdex.com, they also need to address a letter to me stating that the amount of $852.34 collection put on my credit was not suppose to be put on my credit. That is was put on there in error in the amount of $852.34, so that the amount can be verified that it is a mistake. Along, with noting that all credit bureaus have been notified to remove this negative collection from my account under my name of [redacted].

Review: I received a phone call on August 11, 2014 from Comprenhensive, a debt collector. A representative stated that she needed my address and my work address so that I could be served. She, in no way, stated who the company was that they were working with. I had no Idea what this representative was talking about. I was talked to in a threatening manner. I called the number back several times to find out what was going on, but never talked to a representative, because it always went to a voicemail. I always thought that if there is a collection with anyone, that individual would receive a statement or letter in the mail. I did not give them any information.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to stop contacting me.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I received a phone call from [redacted] of NCO, apologizing repeatedly for their handling of this matter. She informed me that I would receive an updated and itemized bill in several days. I received said bill Monday June 30th. The return address on the envelope is: [redacted], Mo. [redacted]. NCO is indicating to you that they are not dealing with me, but I assure you they are. I have forwarded the bill along with a claim form to [redacted]. When the check for $1142.20 arrives, it is my intention to immediately forward it to [redacted], they have accepted payments from me in the past. I am not accepting NCO's response at this time because they are not being accurate with you. I will pay this bill as soon as possible and do not want NCO to further damage my credit. [redacted] assured me they would not report this to the credit bureaus again, if I handle this matter as promised. I will inform you when I have forwarded the check. Thank you in advance, and thank you for your help.

Review: I have requested on several occasions for NCO Financial Systems to provide proof that the debt they are claiming belongs to me. Also, they continue to threaten me with reporting this debt to the national credit bureaus.Desired Settlement: I am requesting proof of this debt as well as information to show that NCO Financial is authorized to collect on this debt.

Review: NCO Financial Systems, INC, sent me correspondence claiming that I owe $26.08, but the copy of the bill that they have provided me shows that the $26.08 is paid and that there is a zero balance. In addition, the letter that they provided me does not include directions on how to proceed if if I do not agree that I owe the money (I believe this is required by the FTC).

I called NCO at [redacted] to discuss the discrepancy, but both the operator and the supervisor refused to discuss or correct my bill unless I provide additional personally identifiable information that is not included in the original complaint (my date of birth and the last four of my social security number). I do not believe it is appropriate for a company to request personally identifiable information.

The address on the letter is:

Review: I OBTAINED [redacted] SERVICES IN OCTOBER OF 2009. PRIOR TO MOVING INTO MY APARTMENT THE PREVIOUS TENANT ALSO HAD [redacted] SERVICES. THROUGHOUT THE COURSE OF THE TIME I LIVED THERE I RECEIVED HARASSING CALLS FROM NCO FINCANCIAL SERVICES REGARDING A "BAD DEBT" WITH [redacted]. I CONTINUOUSLY ASSURED THEM THAT THIS DEBT WAS NOT MINE AND ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS SPOKE WITH SUPERVISORS WHO CONFIRMED WITH ME THAT THE LAST FOUR DIGITS OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE BAD DEBT WERE NOT MINE. I MOVED TO [redacted] IN OCTOBER 2012 HAVING HAD COUNTLESS CONVERSATIONS WITH [redacted] AND NCO FINANCIAL SERVICES STAFF AND BOTH COMPANIES ASSURED ME MY CREDIT WOULD NOT BE AFFECTED BY THIS MISTAKE. I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH [redacted] IN GOOD STANDING AND WAS EVEN ISSUED AN OVERPAYMENT. I RECENTLY STARTED SHOPPING FOR A NEW CAR ONLY TO FIND THIS DEBT WAS PLACE ON MY CREDIT REPORT FRAUDULENTLY BY NCO. I SPOKE WITH [redacted] AND WAS TOLD IT WAS NO LONGER AN ISSUE OF THEIRS AND THEY COULDN'T NOT CONFIRM ANY SSN'S ATTACHED TO EITHER ACCOUNT BUT BOTH HAD MY NAME ON THEM. I FIND THIS HIGHLY IMPLAUSIBLE AS A SSN IS REQUIRED TO OBTAIN TELEVISION SERVICE FROM THEM. I SPOKE WITH "[redacted]" AT NCO WHO SEEMED TO GET A CHUCKLE OUT OF THE ENTIRE SCENARIO AND REFERRED ME TO THE IDENTITY THEFT HOTLINE. THIS DEBT IS STILL ON MY TRANSUNION AND EXPERIAN ACCOUNTS ALTHOUGH I HAVE FILED DISPUTES. THIS COMPANY PLACED A DEPT IN MY NAME ON MY REPORT WITHOUT CONFIRMING THE SSN. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES FROM BOTH OF THESE COMPANIES, AND I'M PRETTY SURE ILLEGAL AND FINEABLE TO BOOT.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THESE COMPANIES HELD ACCOUNTABLE LEGALLY FOR THIS MISTAKE. UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES I WOULD HAVE JUST TRIED TO SETTLE THIS ON MY OWN BUT BOTH OF THESE COMPANIES HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY UNREASONABLE AND NCO SEEMS TO THING MY SITUATION IS "FUNNY".

Review: I moved from [redacted] to [redacted] late 2012. The moment I got a phone number and service. Calls started from NCO Financial Systems Inc. The first time they called and left a message I called back. Just to make sure it was not something for me since all the message said was to call and speak to one of their agents. I have been cleaning up my credit for the past 8 years so I wanted to be sure I had not missed anything. The company was calling to collect from someone else. So the agent told me they would remove the number. A few days later they called and left a message again. Once more I called to make sure they removed my number. However the agent on the line said they were looking for someone other than the first person. Once again the agent told me they would remove my number. Several months later I am still receiving calls from them. I have answered twice more and called them back only to find that it was for two other people different from the previous people the company was looking for. I do not think they are removing my number at all but since the company is looking for different people each time I guess they can claim that they removed my number from the case they were working only to place it in another case.Desired Settlement: I would like to have them remove my home phone number ([redacted]) from every case that is not connected to my name. I have cleaned up my credit by using my credit report to find any outstanding debts. If the debt is valid I would understand the calls or even a letter in the mail but I have never received anything in the mail. However I do not like being called several times a month because they are looking for someone else. I make more than sufficient money to pay my bills and no longer like leaving my accounts in bad standing. So I would just like the phone calls to stop if they are not really for me. If it wasn't for NCO I wouldn't receive any calls on my home phone.

Review: THIS COMPANY CONTINUES TO PULL AND REVIEW MY PERSONAL CREDIT REPORT AND I HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS WITH THE Revdex.com OF PA REGARDING THIS COMPANY AND THEY STILL CONTINUE TO REVIEW MY CREDIT REPORT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. ON OR ABOUT FEBRUARY 27, 2013 THIS COMPANY REVIEW MY EXPERIAN, TRANSUNION AND MY EQUIFAX CREDIT REPORTS WHICH IS CAUSING A CONSIDERATION DECLINE IN MY PERSONAL FICO SCORE DUE TO THEIR CONSTANT ATTACKS ON MY CREDIT HISTORY. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY, NEVER HEARD OF THEM UNTIL THEY STARTED REVIEWING MY PERSONAL CREDIT REPORT AND I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THEM REVIEWING MY CREDIT WHEN I DO NOT OWE THEM ANYTHING. THE LAST 4-DIGITS OF MY SOCIAL SECURITY # IS [redacted]. THEY NEED TO CHECK THEIR RECORDS AND CONFIRM THE LAST 4-DIGITS AND DISCONTINUE CONTACTING THE CREDIT BUREAUS AND REVIEWING AND REQUESTING MY PERSONAL CREDIT REPORTS. I AM TIRED OF MAKING COMPLAINTS AND I AM TIRED OF WRITING THIS COMPANY. I WANT ALL INQUIRIES MADE BY THIS COMPANY REMOVED RIGHT NOW. THE LAST TIME I REPORTED THEM THEY WROTE ME AND ADVISED THAT THEY WOULD REMOVE THE INQUIRIES AND TO DATE ALL INQUIRIES ON MY CREDIT REPORT REMAIN AND I AM SICK OF IT. I WANT THE INQUIRIES REMOVED. I HAVE ALSO REPORTED THIS COMPANY FOR FRAUDULENT ACCESS TO MY PERSONAL CREDIT REPORTS TO ALL CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES AS WELL. Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I have never authorized, applied or requested an inquiry and/or a tri-merged be pulled by [redacted]'s former client, [redacted]; and I want the inquiry removed today. I will notify all three (3) credit reporting agencies regarding NCO Group, NCO Credit Services, as well as your former client, [redacted] Enterprises who reviewed my personal credit reports WITHOUT MY WRITTEN CONSENT OR AUTHORIZATION. I will report NCO Group to all major credit reporting agencies and advise them clearly that you allowed your former client to pull my credit reports and access them when I never applied for anything relating to an apartment, mortgage, loan, automobile and/or any other credit related service.

I own my home free and clear, I own 2 condos in New York City and have several rental properties and I do not want a mortgage because I have plenty equity in my homes and properties that I own and I do not need an apartment. So why would I make such a dispute if in fact I requested this when I do not need it. As noted, I do not want to waste my time with calling [redacted]'s office to get a run around for no reason. There is no way to better assist me other than to remove the inquiry before I notify the credit reporting agencies of fraud regarding the wrongful access of my personal credit reports without my verbal or written permission. Why do you think I contacted the Revdex.com? Because I want the inquiries removed.

As far as why I made the statement that this company continues to access my personal credit report, it's due to my seeing over 6 or more inquiries on my personal credit reports from NCO Group, NCO Credit Services and even NCO [redacted] Services when 1. I have never heard of any of you people, and 2. I never applied for anything in the last 2 years and I definately never applied with NCO or any of its so-called former clients. Clearly speaking, if you would have reviewed the credit reports when I sent them with the dispute complaint you would have seen the constant and excessive inquiries from your companies. This is the reason why I made this statement. Maybe you should check with the NCO company in [redacted], PA and centrally organizing your companies so that disputes and communications like this are forwarded more appropriately.

The only reply I am willling to accept is that these inquires for your companies are being removed by you. If not, I assure you by the time you finish reading this reply from me, I will have already made contact with all the credit reporting agencies making a formal Civil complaint against all your companies. This is my last and final communication to your company regarding these matters. If you do not remove the inquiries made without my authorization, the next step of formal contact to your companies will be a Civil lawsuit. Simply put, I want all of the inquiries removed and there is no further discussion.

ATTN: Revdex.com OF METRO WASHINGTON, CD - [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as all three (3) major credit reporting agencies are notified regarding this matter.

Review: [redacted] (an NCO company)is contacting me again after being notified not to, and are contacting people on an expired POA.

In 2010 I was contacted by NCO financial, which is a company of [redacted]. I notified by mail for [redacted]/NCO not to contact me any further. A personal contact which I had on an expired Power of Attorney from when I was deployed in 2008, was contacted yesterday Friday November 15, 2013. The representative of NCO financial that made contact was [redacted]. I called [redacted] the same day at ###-###-####. I was told by [redacted] that the person they had called earlier that day, in an attempt to reach me, was listed as a personal contact on an expired Power of Attorney. I asked [redacted] several times how [redacted] and NCO financial aquired this expired POA, but I did not receive a clear response. Again I had requested for no contact regarding this matter. According to the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act,[redacted] was not supposed to make any contact with me after I sent a request not to, which includes family, friends, etc.. Also the POA that [redacted] some how obtained, is very much expired and states so clearly on the form. I believe this is a direct violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act and request this matter be fully dismissed.Desired Settlement: I request that this debt be fully dismissed or a settlement offer no greater than $500.00.

Very truly yours,

Review: NCO posted a collection status on my credit report when I am not the person owing the debt! I discovered this when I was refused a loan for a vehicle based on a negative report on my credit. I was shocked to see that there was a collections status listed on my report! After 2 1/2 hours on the phone, phone calls to 5 different NCO numbers, and speaking to 3 different people, I was finally told that yes, there was conflicting information on the account and it likely wasn't mine, but I have to send them a letter of concern disputing the collection status placed on my credit report! This is absurd! When I asked how long it would take after receiving this letter, I was told that it varies according to the situation. I see no reason why, after verifying that I was wrongly placed on collection status, that they could not remove this immediately. It has already affected one loan status, what else will it affect before NCO gets around to taking care of it?Desired Settlement: I want the collection status immediately removed from my record, and for NCO to pay the $12.99 that I had to invest in credit fraud protection to obtain a copy of my credit report that they requested to accompany my letter of concern and dispute. Some reimbursement for my time spent clearing up this mess would be nice as well.
