[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
This response does not address the request for all the collection records for this bogus debt. It is my belief that NCO is in violation of the fair debt collection act and they refuse to release their records because the records reflect obvious violations.
The department of education already has copies of all the requested documents. Since NCO claims to be working for the doe then they should be able obtain the records.
Regards,

I have an NCO...

collection items showing on my credit report. The report shows #[redacted]. I went to the website and located several erroneous numbers. I called one of the numbers in PA and was told by the representative there was nothing on her system showing that I had any collections. She gave me many addresses other than where I lived to attempt to locate these charges. She could not match my identity to any NCO account. She wanted my social security number and I reply, NO. She transferred me to another department. The phone call went to voice mail only. I would strongly believe that these charges are for some one else of the same name, since the NCO rep could identify others with my name at different address other than my address.
I need a full documentation of details of the charges showing dates of services, service type, bill to address. If these statements do not match, I am requesting a full and complete reversal of these charges on my credit report immediately. Thank you

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I have concerns with NCO response.  I do not understand what their intentions are when they say they are "closing my account and having no more communications with me".  I need clarification on this.....are they agreeing to the balance I know is correct of $455.and change, or are they still trying to incorrectly imply that I owe $900.00 which brought us to this point in the first place.  I need confirmation and verification as to exactly what NCO is meaning by that statement. I have a statement from last year from NCO that was mailed to me which clearly show my balance then, and after my last pymt. in March of this year ($500.00), I couldn't possibly still have a 9 hundred dollar balance. I really need FULL UNDERSTANDING of what the meaning is behind that statement because it is very vague.
