Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for forwarding this complaint to my attentionWe have been honored to be member of the Revdex.com for many years with a high ratingThis protects both the consumer and the businessesSorry to hear this complaint from one of my loyal customers, Ms [redacted] ***.The pendant she ordered was a custom-made solid 18K Cartouche in Yellow and white gold with a Mother-of-Pearl stone insert; her name in hieroglyphicsThis was ordered on Sept12, She put a down-payment on it and we ordered the custom-made item from Egypt.She wore the cartouche for a couple of months and brought it in with the stone insert brokenWe replaced the stone at no charge, which is covered under the Lifetime Guarantee on this custom-made itemShe picked it up and later called and said that she didn't like the stoneWe said no problem - that we would replace that stone with another oneIt was replaced.One week later, she still was not happy and I offered to replace the whole thing, ordering a completely new Cartouche for herInstead, she came in insisting she get a full refundAccording to our company policy, we do not do refunds on custom-made itemsTo resolve this issue I will be more than happy to replace the Cartouche by ordering another one from Egypt for herI want to make her happy and satisfied with her beautiful custom-made CartoucheBut I cannot do a refundI do appreciate her support and her businessWe value all our customers and want to see them satisfied.Sincerely, [redacted] ***,Egyptian International Art LLC

This was ordered on Sept. 12, 2015. She put a down-payment on it and we ordered the custom-made item from Egypt.She wore the cartouche for a couple of months and brought it in with the stone insert broken. Review: I purchased a necklace from Mr. [redacted] at the listed business. The necklace was around $650.00. I also purchased a papyrus picture of Maat along with a frame. I paid about $140.00 as its on layaway. I picked the necklace up in November 2015. The necklace broke, he fixed it but I was not pleased with the result. After the third attempt to get it corrected, I asked for my money back. He became belligerent and screamed loudly to me and threw my necklace on the counter. I became afraid for my safety at this time. He then threw the necklace on the counter and told me to get out the store and that I would get nothing. As I walked out in fear, he said "take me to court!"

I am simply looking for a refund on both items.Desired Settlement: Money refunded and an apology for his unprofessionalism.
