The signed papers state that you are receiving a free install and that you received a professional install, this legal document is signed after the installIt is a fact that no service is established before activation this only proves that Mr [redacted] did in fact have a signal and clear picture at the time of installThe signal was strong and the picture was clear when the tech left the homeThat evening the customer contacted the tech and the tech promised to return the next morning to see what the issue was, but the tech was never given an opportunity to diagnose the issue because the customer removed the dish and disconnected all wiring so we can not determine if there was a issue or notWe do know the customers service was working at time of installWe are not responsible for rewiring because the customer took upon himself to take down the installation and wiringThe teach only reached out to family members to ask their help in resolving this issue but the customer failed to give us a chance to resolve this matter This debit is standard policy outlined in the agreementWe do request that the customer contact us directly to resolve this matterDue to our company providing service and a professional install the charges are valid but we will be willing to reduce the charge by $off If the customer wishes to have [redacted] or [redacted] service and goes through Star Satellite for service we will provide free installation and a discount on serviceThis is our final offer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
Once the technician could not fix the picture quality, he began bargaining with me and with members of my family to keep the devices!
When I reject his offers, he reached out to my brothers and tried to convince them to upgrade their system.
When my brothers declined his offer, Star Satellite demanded $through a collection agency!
I have disputed these charges immediately.
I do not understand why he calls himself a technician when he is the owner of Star Satellite!
He was begging me to find a friend who has ***, or to talk to my brothers to upgrade their receiversHe also suggested me to install his equipment in my business!
When requested from him to take all his cables and devices from my house, he told me that I have a two year commitment with Dish but promised that he will mount another bigger dish on my house to receive a HD picture the next morningHe seemed he was in a rush that evening and left behind a big mess around my houseNo one showed up the next morning and I decided to take off all his equipments and cables to his office (including all the papers and pamphlets and trash he felt inclined to leave).
His attitude and conduct were rude and not professional, and all these charges are Not VALID since he failed to establish any service in my house

the agreement states that the customer agrees to one year of continuous service and if cancelled for any reason the customer will be charged $cancellation feeIf deactivated for any reason there will be a charge back fee of $for the primary receiver and $for each additional receiver.It also states in the event it goes into collections that the customer agrees to pay all cost related to collectionsThe customer was installed with receivers you can tell with these figures the amount sent to collections has already been greatly discounted

Star Satellite was contacted by [redacted] to install his satellite system. The professional install was completed and before the tech left Mr. [redacted] home the customer did sign an agreement that the install was completed and working to his satisfaction. The tech states that the only...

thing that he left behind was material brochures about the equipment and that the boxes were left in the trash receptical. The customer contacted the tech and complained late at night about the picture. The tech promised to return the next morning to check the service in which Mr.[redacted] agreed. The next morning Mr[redacted] brought in the equipment and said he didn't want to give us a chance to resolve even when told another tech would be sent out to resolve. Mr[redacted] refused. We explained that even though he moved around the system and messed with the wiring, in which only certified techs like we have should do and even though he disconnected the service so that we couldn't verify that there was an issue with the service that we would be willing to come out and reinstall to avoid his charges. Still refusing to reinstall the tech did contact his brothers only because he knew them personally to get their help in resolving this matter. Star Satellite feels that we have tried everything possible to resolve the issue but customer gave us no chance to resolve, so the charges are valid

This information is inaccurate and simply not true. I was advised by star satellite LLC to sign these papers in order to activate the service. Without activations no service can be established! The quality of the pictures through the satellite was poor and blurry. The signal was weak! As I previously noted, after hours of "installation" the picture was still blurry and I was not
Interested in his service. At this time, he explained he needed different equipment and would install it the following morning. In contrast to his promise, he did not show up to complete his installation, therefore ultimately the installation was never even completed. He left behind a mess and I had to call[redacted] service to rewire my original equipments which I have with [redacted]. He started to negotiate other options with my family to upgrade their equipments with the ones he brought to my house. According to Star Satellite he wanted to help me to avoid $850 termination fee from Dish Network. When [redacted] waived this fee, Star Satellite's respond was sending me to a collection agency for $1200!!! 
The bottom line that I never had a service and I will continue to dispute any charges from Star Satelite. So far the mess he left behind cost me $150 to pay for [redacted] Company.
