Ehealthscreenings practices unethical business practices. You don't send out last yr results and say that this year if you don't fall within guidelines your insurance is more expensive.... Pathetic company.

Review: I was contracted as an Independent contractor 1099 with this company. Another tech cancelled working an event at the last minute and I was asked to specifically work the event. I asked the company to ship me supplies to properly do the wellness event and they refused stating that another tech would drop off supplies for me to go and do the wellness check ups for the contracted job. I stated I was out of town on vacation in Ashland Oregon and that the tech can drop off the supplies to my mother so that I can be ready to do the event once I get back the night before the event.

I arrive home from Oregon Sunday, September 28th and the event was Monday, Sept. 29th. I was to be paid 40.00 per hour for the 6 hours of work. Once I arrive home, I check the supplies that were dropped off by another tech and the following supplies were missing to do my job: blood pressure cuff, stethoscope, height measure, scale and lancets to finger stick the employees who signed up for the wellness event. I called my supervisor and told her what happened the day of the event on her cell phone and she said, well, do your best and we''ll have to figure it out later.

The company is now refusing to pay me for my salary to do the wellness event of 323.00 which was my gas, I had to use my own supplies and go out to buy lancets for the finger sticks. I am not requesting a reimbursement for the lancets at wallmart which only cost me 3.75 for 100 lancets but I want and I am owed the money they are now claiming I didn't do my job by placing an average blood pressure on each participant which what I was told to do by my supervisor. I have let the President of the company know I want my paycheck or they do not get the supplies I still have back. They are refusing to pay me and are stating that I now owe them money.Desired Settlement: MY paycheck in full and I will ship back their supplies at my cost next day air with fed ex.
