I did see a few turn around marks which were fairly minor but saw nothing to the extent of Mr [redacted]'s pictures. I told our office of the findings and offered to meet the homeowner on the property. I was informed by our office to call Mr [redacted] at his request. I called Mr [redacted] a few days after I looked at his lawn. Mr [redacted] was very belligerent on the phone with me, threatening to sue the company instantly before I could even try explaining what could have happened or apologize. I tried to explain about the tracks in his yard but Mr [redacted] kept saying I was making excuses and kept threatening to sue if not refunded for the application. I was able to finally tell him we'd refund his application as he wanted and I believe a check was mailed for the cost of 2 applications about 2 weeks later.
