I was contacted by this EHO company offering me an English course that since I was on my way I told them that I did not want to be angry and said that I could not cancel all that week I was calling to cancel it and they always transferred me calls with more people but never They solved nothing and when I received the package it was not what I expected or came with what they said all of very low quality for something so really expensive it is unfair that they deceive people like that and they also said that if I did not finish paying they would send me to I gave them 299 dollars at the beginning and told them that I wanted to return it so they could give me a refund and they said they couldn't do something so they don't keep doing this.

I am contracting you for help regarding a company know as "EHO FINANCIERA." They claim to be a company dedicated to helping people in the United States by selling customers automotive courses, and on the site training. They claim to be selling "rigorously controlled and quality inspected" android tablets, that have the courses already installed. When in reality, they are knock off android tablets with really out-dated videos. When ever I call to get assistance regarding the on the site training, or a possible refund. I get transferred to another representative, and they just hang up on me. I already paid a $299.00 personal money order to the company, and tried to get a refund because what they gave me was not what I was told. When I paid for the product, they told me it had to be a personal money order because they can't recieved [redacted], or [redacted] money orders.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund of what I paid for, but also help with solving the issues with this company. So other people don't get scammed or ripped off for their hard earned money.
