We have been able to resolve the situation with the customer The customer did not cancel their automatic payment so it was taken out as the deal was being processed We were able to stop our payoff and reduce the amount to reflect the amount of the payment that was taken out and refund the difference to the customer

because:*** extended refused service for the vehicle because The service center is miles as the crow fliesThe service location is miles on streets and highways from the selling dealerYour contract does not specify what miles means and your interpretation of that is unreasonable and unsatisfactory to me.Sadly I’m not a crow and therefore travel on the fastest and shortest route by car is milesBy denying service you are not abiding by the reasonable intent of the contract

We have contacted the customer to make arrangements to repair the check engine light and perform the state emissions test

The extended service program clearly states the restrictions on the contract.  We would be happy to have the customer contact us to see what we can do to resolve this matter. Thanks and we look forward to addressing this with the customer.

I had my tires checked here 6 months ago (7,000 miles ago) as I had for over two years. They told me they were fine and that I didn't need to worry about them. We moved and I just took it to a new dealership where they told me that my tires were dangerously bald and need immediate attention. I have had my tires done many times and I have always been given sufficient notice that they needed attention. When I called the dealership to ask them if tires typically go from good to dangerous in less than six months, or if they should have given me a warning, the owner (Phil) was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He first asked me what I expected him to do about it. So I got off of the phone and then he called me back to say that he couldn't believe he had to waste 15 minutes talking to me. He threatened that if I wrote a bad review it better be factual, because he would have his attorney come after me if it wasn't. I was being nice, so I can't imagine how he treats people who talk to him rudely.

This would be our third time of buying from I-25 kia with Manager Ron B, and Joe C. I have nothing but praise for both men. They always work very hard in the best interest of the customer. We've always been treated very well, and were always a 100 percent satisfied. Would highly recomend them to anyone. We will only deal with them. Sincerely [redacted] and [redacted].
