Ehrlich Termite & Pest Control

I have been a customer of Ehrlich since 12/12. I returned home from Fl. to find frozen and broken pipes in my crawl space. The door to my crawl space was left off after quarterly service treatment by Ehlich. The representatives from Ehrlich claimed no blame and were of no help in rectifying the problem created by its serviceman. Their mistake has resulted in a costly plumbing bill as well as loss of the use of my home as I had to wait until convenient to Ehrlich to assess my claim. I have lost confidence in this business and would not recommend them to any consumers.
