**and *** ***,Thank you for your continued communication regarding your inspection. I went back to the file and reread the technician notes as well as the case manager's. Based on what I read, I believe the information that I provided is accurate. I also recognize and respect that you feel differently. We are both telling the truth as we believe it to be. While the tech did not meet your expectations, he did come to the house and he did make a recommendation. I am willing to credit you back $which is half of the $175. Please let me know if this is acceptable to you. Thank you,

I received *** ***'s complaint. As he states, I did speak directly to him when he requested to speak to a supervisor. I am the owner of the company. While ** *** states that the tech did not do anything while he was there, I disagree and ** *** and I discussed that
during our call. *** *** told me that the tech inspected the equipment in *** ***'s garage. *** *** remembered and agreed that the tech had been down on the floor of the garage looking under the power chair. *** *** agreed that there was not a lot of space in his garage but the tech had been in the garage looking at the power chair. The tech tested the batteries in *** ***'s power chair and believed that the batteries needed to be replaced. The tech had a set of batteries in his vehicle and used that set to test *** ***'s batteries. When I spoke to *** ***, he told me that he thought our price for batteries was too high. I told him that I respected his opinion and if he chose to purchase the batteries from somewhere else, he absolutely could. I told him that I hoped that he would buy them from my company and that our batteries came with a month warranty but I certainly understood that he had choices. When *** *** and I hung up, we agreed that he would decide whether or not to buy batteries from another company or to call us back. *** *** has not called us back asking to purchase batteries. If *** ***'s power chair remains inoperable, I do not know if it is because he did not buy batteries yet or because he bought batteries but his chair is still having problems. Our technician did go to *** ***'s home and did inspect his power chair. As far as I am aware, *** *** has not followed our technician's recommendation to replace the batteries. Our charge was fair and the service technician did perform an inspection
