Talked in length with Mr.K and decided to have a full restore of our boat Stripped down to the toon and add a third! Payment was arranged for installments and the first payment was made when we signed the contract of 12,000.00! In October! Our boat was taken to the warehouse then! 2nd installment was made when the third tune was installed of 18,The final payment was to be made upon delivery! We still do not have our boat as of Jily 18th, 2016! The contract says delivery date approximately May 1st! With restrictions that cover him in case he doesn't deliver! He has made every excuse to cover himself for poor performance! He told us in April that as soon as the powder coating was completed the boat would be finished within days! The powder coating was a mistake on his part due to coating it the wrong color then having to do it over! He said our ice chest was on back order only to find out that it has been discontinued! However there is a spot in our Corian bar top where it goes! We were also told the engine was to be installed on the 15th of July with delivery to us on the 25th if not before! On the 15th we made a surprise visit and no motor! The panels were buckled with dents all over the boat! Very, very, unprofessionalism! Would never recommend this business to anyoneThis is a small amount of the issuesWas told in April all parts were in!

[redacted] The item was not drop shipped to the customer and was waiting for pick up from the customer Resolution: Pontoon Restoration Company LLC is shipping the missing piece to the customer via UPS Ground Tracking number is [redacted] XXX XX XXXX XXXX todayThis matter is resolved Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2017/08/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Unfortunately, Mr [redacted] is simplifying the issue and has not reached out to me via email or phone since the date of the email that I sent to him, that he provided in this case I called the vendor in South Bend, They located my order through Mr ***, and said that there was no reason why I should not have received the base within a matter of days of him contacting them Mr [redacted] is only providing information that suits himIf I could attach the proof of the message that I sent through his website and the calls that I made from my office phone, I would, but that is not possible since there is no way to access the message through his website, nor from my phone without seeing them in person Conveniently, he attaches a week old email in his response, which is my last formal correspondence to him, but yet justifies his having the base piece for weeks, with no proof of trying to contact meHe did promise to drop ship itAnd, again, never emailed me back or called me - if he did, I would like to see the proof Today, he called my office and my cell, and sent me text messages in a row about the status of the base pieceI find it ironic that within days of the complaint, he is so communicative, to the point that his last text was rudely written Mr [redacted] said in his message today that the base piece was shippedBut as of 5:pm today, UPS has no record of itI will believe it when I see itOther Revdex.com complaints reflect a similar theme; I wish I would have read them and the Google reviews first Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2017/08/04) */ Company contacted our office to verify the response was received and to explain the package was shippedThe tracking number showed at 11:when talking to the company, that the package has been delivered at 10:10am today Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (2000, 11, 2017/08/07) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
