Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

This is accurate with the addition that after [redacted] does their work there will be one final state inspection to make sure the home is in fact right to which I hope it passes because I have waited almost a year to live in my new home which is beyond comprehension to me!

Ms[redacted] definitely completed everything that was her responsibility in a timely manner. King's is extremely grateful for that. Unfortunately, we did run into some issues with the trim crew showing up when they said they would. With that said I did everything in my power to get them out there as...

soon as possible. We subcontract our services so at times we can't control their schedules. We did finally get them out there Sunday July 24. They also did inform us that they would be done by Tuesday July 26. I had cleaning service scheduled for Wednesday July 27. Ms[redacted] was aware of this and was informed not to move anything in until that afternoon when it was complete. At the time of the cleaning final painting was being finished. To my understanding the home is fully complete now except for the A/C. The issue with the A/C is not a simple heating and cooling things an A/C professional can fix. Unfortunately it has to do with the wiring of the home. We have already had an A/C professional and an electrician at the property to assess the problem. Both were to no avail. At that point we had no choice but to contact the manufacturer of the home to have one of their contractors come resolve the problem. The contractor from [redacted], [redacted], will be out at Ms[redacted]'s house by the end of the weekend before her lease is up. Also, to try to accommodate the [redacted]'s we gave them their keys before the home was completely finished. This is against our company policy but I understood their situation and was trying to help them out as much as I could with things that were in my control. When it comes to the payment, according to our records and the bank records their first payment isn't due until August 15. They will have been in their home well over 2 weeks before making a payment. This is standard. Also, I do have a walk through scheduled with the [redacted]'s today at 2pm and will address any more issues that they may have. I know buying a home is a very stressful time. We strive to make things easier on our customers and I'm genuinely sorry that in this instance we weren't able to that.

I am the new Gm for Kings of [redacted] and  [redacted] is no longer the Gm. My Office manager has already has reached out to Mr. [redacted] and we have provided him to the information to the contractor who did the work on his home The contractor has made a appt to...

go out there and visit with the customer. And we have been in constent contact with Mr. [redacted] and the contractor.
Please feel free to call myself or my office manager ([redacted]) at 864-[redacted]

I spoke to Ms. [redacted] lawyer, [redacted], yesterday March 30, 2016. She advised me that in speaking with her client, they have decided to let us finish the last of the work on Ms. [redacted] home. Our contractor will...

be out to her property Monday April 4th and Tuesday April 5th to complete drywall work and painting. I confirmed these dates with [redacted]. From there, as soon as Ms. [redacted] gets her decks, electrical, and sewer done she will call for her final inspection. Once she passes that and has power turned on we will send out a cleaning service to clean her home. Once the home has been cleaned and is ready for occupancy, I will schedule a day and time with Ms. [redacted] to meet her at her home. On that day, I will give Ms. [redacted] the keys to her home, homeowner's manual and all warranty information. We will also conduct a walk through for any cosmetic blemishes. Lastly, I will also leave a form for Ms. [redacted] to fill out. This will be her "punch list". She has 30 days to complete and return to King's so I may schedule a one time cosmetic visit from the manufacturer, [redacted]. King's has high hopes that once all the steps have been completed in this process that Ms. [redacted] will be satisfied.
