Per our conversation on the phone, I just wanted to let you that our hotel is 100% non smoking and there are signs at front desk as well as in each room stating that if guest smokes there will be $cleaning fee charged As soon as guest checkout of their room, our housekeeping verify if there is any sign of smoking and if there is then our manager will check the room with the housekeeper to confirm it and afterwards the cleaning fee is charged to the guest Then the room is out of order for week for cleaning the entire room throughly before renting it again to new guest Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this matter We appreciate your business -- Thank you, [redacted] Four Points by Sheraton Crittenden Dr Louisville, KY (502) [redacted]

*** *** is not a hotel He is a person who provides basketball teams with hotels We were working with Mr *** these days We were told by Mr *** and more importantly by the person at the front desk the room was comped The gentleman at the desk asked for a card for incidentals only He verified the room was to be comped.Mr ***, who has no affiliation with the hotel other than a person who contracted rooms from the hotel, has nothing to do with this other than he was the person who was to pay for the rooms or make sure the rooms were paid (comped) I was told by the front desk person that my card would not be charged I have three witnesses who will gladly testify to the statement by the Four Points employee when this goes to court

Hotel in poor condition. Bed bugs or fleas. Not a pleasant stay. Hotel management was told however no response.
