contract with a professional, licensed, pest control company to treat units if it is needed. As [redacted] mentioned in his complaint, when he notified EIG of roaches in his unit, we did send pest control to treat his unit.
Treatment of [redacted]' unit is as follows:
12/29/2014 - Unit was treated
1/27/2015 - Preventative treatment - Pest control company reports no signs of roaches
2/18/2015 - Preventative treatment - Pest control company reports no signs of roaches
3/17/2015 - [redacted] did not follow through on preparation sheet for treatment - Preventative treatment - Pest control company reports no signs of roaches
4/13/2015 - Preventative treatment - Pest control company reports no signs of roaches
6/9/2015 - [redacted] refused treatment of his unit to Pest Control Tech
7/9/2015 - Preventative treatment - Pest control company reports no signs of roaches
On June 9, 2015 [redacted] refused pest control treatment of his unit and on June 10, 2015 he reported a complaint to the Revdex.com of this a pest issue in his unit.
As of today, 7/15/2015, [redacted] owes us a total of $1,421.66. He has failed to pay July rent, partial June rent, utility fees for both, late fees and also owes an NSF Fee. As for all of our tenants, unit transfers are only considered after a tenant is at a zero balance. By reporting this complaint, it does not exempt [redacted] from being evicted for non-payment of rent.
We have been very responsive to [redacted] initial complaint and have continued to provide him with preventative services.
