I had a in ground pool installed about 4 1/2 year ago this pool was over $27,000 dollars was good for a short time but began to have problems and as long as I was giving him business he would fix what came up but now this year the pool started sinking on left side and continued to get worse I have spoke with Mr. *** he told me that he will take care of me keep in mind this problem started with the install of the pool his guy that was dinging the hole had built up on the left side of the pool wall with dirt this is where the issue lies now the wall has sunk about 2 inches and the pool liner on the left side is pulling away from the wall and the concrete walk on the left side has sunk.
This pool has cost to much for it to being doing this but the topper is he want me to pay him $4,200 to fix the issue that if he had put it in correctly the first time we would not be having this problem.I have more photos buyer beware.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $7500.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Pool is less than five years old and already falling apart.
fix the problem that has nothing to do with me pool is sinking witch is not my fault it was not installed correctly I just want this fixed without having to pay for this like they are trying to do. because the crew did not put the pool in the correct way
Eiland Pools sold this pool in the beginning of 2011 and is now 7 years old.
Unfortunately, we cannot warranty concrete. The $4200.00 quote included a liner change and concrete repair. The customer agreed to a liner replacement and we are waiting for the approval on the quote. The wall repair is being done at no charge while we replaced the liner.
We have been, and still are willing to work with Mr. to take care of any issues that exist. We have presented Mr. with a quote to resolve his issues for far less than we would normally charge simply because he has been a great customer.
I sincerely hope that we can find a mutually beneficial resolution.

if this would not have been a install problem and I was being nice and offered for me to take care of the liner if the wall was put in correctly the concert would not have failed so with that said I don't feel that I should not be responsible for this And liners are not $4,200 if someone looks at the pictures that was sent you can see that but if they still sticking with there way of business I will be contacting legal representation thanks
